18论著影像研究与医学应用2024年1月第8卷第2期经阴道超声与经腹部超声对早期输卵管妊娠患者的诊断效果赵崇侠（临沂市中心医院超声科山东临沂276400）DiagnosticeffectoftransvaginalultrasoundandtransabdominalultrasoundonearlytubalpregnancypatientsZHAOChongxiaDepartmentofUltrasound,LinyiCentralHospital,Linyi,Shandong276400,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheefficacyoftransvaginalultrasonographyandtransabdominalultrasonographyinthediagnosisofectopicpregnancy.MethodsAtotalof253patientssuspectedofearlytubalpregnancyadmittedtoLinyiCentralHospitalfromJanuary2019toNovember2023wereselected.Allofthemunderwenttransabdominalultrasoundandtransvaginalultrasound,aswellaslaparoscopicexplorationsurgery.Theclinicaldiagnosticvalueofdifferentexaminationmethodswascomparedbasedonthediagnosticresultsoflaparoscopicexploration.ResultsOf253patients,247werepositiveand6werenegative.Thesensitivityandaccuracyoftransvaginalultrasonographyweresignificantlyhigherthanthatoftransabdominalultrasonography(P<0.05).Thedetectionratesof"tubalring"signandtrophoblastflowspectrumoftransvaginalultrasoundwerehigherthanthoseoftransabdominalultrasound(P<0.05).Thetypicalcharacteristicsofectopicpregnancywereadnexalmass,falsepregnancysac,germ,pelviceffusionandoriginalbloodvesselpulsation,whichweredetectedbytransvaginalultrasoundwerehigherthanthosebytransabdominalultrasound(P<0.05).ConclusionTransvaginalultrasoundhashigherdiagnosticefficacyintheearlydiagnosisofectopicpregnancyinfallopiantubes,andclinicalapplicationisrecommended.【Keywords】Earlyectopicpregnancy;Diagnosis;Transvaginalultrasound;Transabdominalultrasound【摘要】目的：分析早期输卵尿管异位妊娠患者诊断中应用经阴道超声与经腹部超声的效能。方法：选取临沂市中心医院2019年1月—2023年11月收治的253例疑似早期输卵管妊娠患者，均实施经腹超声与经阴道超声检查，且应用腹腔镜探查手术诊疗，以腹腔镜探查诊断结果为标准，比较不同检查方式的临床诊断价值。结果：253例患者腹腔镜检查诊断显示，247例阳性，6例阴性，经阴道超声检查的灵敏度、准确率明显高于经腹部超声（P＜0.05）；经阴道超声的“输...
