36论著影像研究与医学应用2024年1月第8卷第1期颈部血管超声诊断急性脑梗死患者颈动脉病变的应用价值评价彭佩佩（滕州市工人医院彩超室山东枣庄277599）EvaluationoftheapplicationvalueofcarotidDopplerultrasoundindiagnosingcarotidarterylesionsinpatientswithacutecerebralinfarctionPENGPeipeiUltrasoundRoom,TengzhouWorkers'Hospital,Zaozhuang,Shandong277599,China【Abstract】ObjectivetostudytheapplicationvalueofcarotidDopplerultrasound(CUS)inthediagnosisofpatientswithacutecerebralinfarction,andtoevaluatetheircarotidarterylesions.MethodsClinicaldataof100patientswithacutecerebralinfarctionadmittedtoTengzhouWorkers'HospitalfromOctober2021toOctober2023werecollected.AllenrolledpatientswerediagnosedwithCUS.Thegoldstandardfordiagnosiswasdigitalsubstractionangiography(DSA),toanalyzethediagnosticvalueofCUSinacutecerebralinfarction.ResultsTherewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferencebetweenthedetectionrateoflesionsbyCUSandthegoldstandard(P>0.05);theresultsoftheanalysisofthedegreeofstenosisofcarotidarterylesionsdiagnosedbyCUSshowedthattherewere51casesofcarotidarterylesionsinthe100patients(51.00%),inwhichthelumensofthecarotidarteriesweremildly,moderately,severelystenosed,andtotallyoccludedin18,14,12,and7cases,respectively,withapercentageof18.00%,14.00%,12.00%,and7.00%respectively;thenegativepredictivevalue,positivepredictivevalue,specificity,sensitivity,andaccuracyofCUSdiagnosiswerehigh97.92%(47/48),96.15%(50/52),95.92%(47/49),98.04%(50/51),and97.00%(97/100),Kappavalue=0.940,highlyconsistentwiththegoldstandard.ConclusionThediagnosticvalueofCUSishigh,andthedetectionratedifferencewithDSAdiagnosisissmall,whichcaneffectivelyanalyzethedegreeofstenosisofcarotidarterylesions,withhighaccuracy,negativepredictivevalue,sensitivity,specificity,positivepredictivevalue,whichhaspositivesignificanceforthesubsequenttargetedtreatment,andhashighpromotionandapplicationvalue.【Keywords】Acutecerebralinfarction;CUS;Detectionrate;Degreeofcarotidarterylesionstenosis【摘要】目的：研究急性脑梗死患者诊断中，颈部血管超声...
