临床医学研究与实践2023年11月第8卷第32期EffectsofhealthbehaviorinteractionmodecombinedwithnarrativenursingonKegelexercisecomplianceandhealthbehaviorofpatientsaftertotalhysterectomyWANGLiang1,CUIKeni2*,GAOWeihua3(1.XianyangHospitalofYan'anUniversity,Xianyang712000;2.theFirstPeople'sHospitalofXianyang,Xianyang712000;3.ShaanxiUniversityofChineseMedicine,Xianyang712046,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofhealthbehaviorinteractionmodecombinedwithnarrativenursingonKegelexercisecomplianceandhealthbehaviorofpatientsaftertotalhysterectomy.MethodsAtotalof80patientsaftertotalhysterectomyadmittedfromFebruary2020toJanuary2022wereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursingintervention,whiletheobservationgroupwasgivenhealthbehaviorinteractionmodecombinedwithnarrativenursinginterventiononthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofmotorknowledge,motorskillsandmotorbehaviorintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofeachdimensionofHealthPromotingLifestyleProfile-域(HPLP-域)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thepelvicfloormusclecontractionpressureoftheobservationgroupwasgreaterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthedurationofpelvicfloormusclecontractionwaslongerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionThehealthbehaviorinteractionmodecombinedwithnarrativenursingcanimprovetheKegelexercisecomplianceandhealthbehaviorofpatientsaftertotalhysterectomy,andpromotetherecoveryofpelvicfloorfunction,whichisworthyofpromotion.KEYWORDS:healthbehaviorinteractionmode;narrativenursing;totalhysterectomy;Kegelexercisecompliance;healthbehavior健康行为互动模式联合叙事护理对子宫全切术后患者凯格尔运动依从性及健康行为的影响王亮1，崔可妮2*，高卫华3（1.延安大学咸阳医院，陕西咸阳，712000；2.咸阳市第一人民医院，陕西...
