2012年2月第32卷第2期Feb．2012Vbl．32No．2湖南中医药大学学报JournalofTCMUniv．ofHunan37Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵治疗宫颈重度糜烂的临床疗效研究姚雯(仙桃市第一人民医院妇产科，湖北仙桃433000)[摘要]目的分析Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵治疗宫颈重度糜烂的临床疗效。方法选择在我院就诊的宫颈重度糜烂80例患者，随机将所有患者分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵进行治疗，对照组采用微波治疗，观察术后检查阴道流液情况、阴道出血和糜烂愈合等情况。结果实验组手术时间和术中出血量明显少于对照组；实验组术后阴道排液时间、宫颈修复时间和脱痂时间明显优于对照组；实验组的治愈率为95％，对照组的治愈率为75％。结论Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵治疗宫颈重度糜烂效果理想，不良反应少，值得临床推广。[关键词)Leep术；胶原蛋白海绵；宫颈重度糜烂[中图分类号]R711．3[文献标识码]B[文章编号]doi：10．3969／j．issn．1674—070X．2012．02．017．037．02TheclinicalresearchonLEEPandcollagenspongeinSeVerecervJcaler0S10nYAoWen(ThefirsthospitalofXiantao，Xiantao，Hubei433000，China)(Abstract)0bjecfiveToanalyzeclinicaleffectonLEEPandcollagenspongeinseverecervicalerosion．Methods80patientsofseverecervicalerosionwerechoseinourhospital．theywererandomlydividedintotheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup．TheexperimentalgroupwasusedLEEPandcollagensponge；thecontrolgroupwasusedmicrowavetreatment．Allpatientswerecheckedonthevaginalfluidflow,vaginalbleedinganderosionofhealing．ResultsTheexperimentalgroupislessthanthecontrolgroupinoperationtimeandperi—operativebleeding．TheexperimentalgroupissignificantlybeRerthanthecontrolgroupinvaginalfluidflowtime，cervicalrepairtimeandscabofftime．Thecurerateofexperimentalgroupwas95％andthecurerateofcontrolgroupwas75％．ConclusionTheeffectofLEEPandcollagenspongeisidealanduntowardeffectofLEEPandcollagenspongearerelativelymild．(Keywords)LEEP；Collagensponge；Severecervicalerosion宫颈重度糜烂是常见的生殖道炎症，因与子宫颈癌变发生有密切关联性，临床常要求及时治疗⋯。传统治疗周期长、疗效欠佳。随着诊疗技术的发展，目前治疗手段繁多，但是治疗效果仍然不满意，且远期治疗效果不可靠【2】。LEEP术既能彻底破除...
