临床医学研究与实践2023年11月第8卷第32期Effectoflamotriginecombinedwithsodiumvalproateinthetreatmentofrefractoryepilepsyinchildrenanditsinfluencesonaminoacidmetabolismindex,electrophysiologicalindexandqualityoflifeKANGLili,BAIYun*,NIUJinlong,XIYani,SHANGJiaojiao(thePeople'sHospitalofYuyangDistrict/YulinChildren'sHospital,Yulin719000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectoflamotriginecombinedwithsodiumvalproateinthetreatmentofrefractoryepilepsyinchildren.MethodsAtotalof56childrenwithrefractoryepilepsyadmittedinourhospitalfromAugust2019toAugust2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,thechildrenweredividedintocontrolgroup(sodiumvalproatetreatment)andstudygroup(lamotriginecombinedwithsodiumvalproatetreatment),with28casesineachgroup.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofglutamicacid(Glu)andasparticacid(Asp)inthetwogroupsdecreased,andthelevelsofglycineacid(Gly)and酌-aminobutyricacid(GABA)increased,andthoseinthestudygroupwerebetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,theamplitudeofP300inthetwogroupsincreased,thelatencyofP300shortened,theamountofepilepticdischargeandthenumberof琢wavesdecreased,andthoseinthestudygroupwerebetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thescoresofcognitivefunction,emotionalfunction,socialfunctionandphysicalfunctioninthetwogroupsincreased,andthoseinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetotalincidenceofadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ConclusionLamotriginecombinedwithsodiumvalproateiseffectiveinthetreatmentofrefractoryepilepsyinchildren,itcancorrectaminoacidmetabolismindex,improveelectrophysiologicalindex,improvequalityoflife,andhasgoodsafety.KEYWORDS:children;refractoryepilepsy;lamotrigine;sodiumvalproate拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿难治性癫痫的效果及对氨基酸代谢指标、电生理学指标及生活质量的影响康莉莉，白芸...
