41科技总第445期|2023年第8期科艺融合视域下非遗产品色彩设计路径探索——以3D打印技术结合赫哲族鱼皮技艺为例ExplorationofColorDesignPathofIntangibleCulturalHeritageProductsfromthePerspectiveofScienceandArtFusion——Take3DPrintingTechnologyCombinedwithHezheFishSkinTechnologyasanExample汤仪/上海大学TangYi/ShanghaiUniversity摘要：随着科技的发展和数字化时代的到来，传统的非遗技艺逐渐失传抑或是被现代化的大机器生产所取缔。如何在科艺融合的视角下故材新用，使被边缘化的传统材料和传统工艺激发出新的生命力，适应当下新的审美语境和文化发展，是此次探究的方向。本文通过对现有产品的调研分析以及对新旧材料、新旧工艺的调查研究，以鞋为载体使用光固化的3D打印技术、鱼皮喷涂染色技术和ELASTO1000（聚氨酯）的新材料结合传统鞣制的鱼皮革、牛皮革、人造革加制鞋工艺（胶粘鞋工艺）进行设计实践。实践中突破赫哲族传统色彩审美，使用了多种材料、多种工艺，新与旧、传统与现代看似矛盾的组合却又能和谐而又统一的存在于产品之中。关键词：非物质文化遗产；3D打印；科艺融合；色彩表现；产品设计Abstract:Withthedevelopmentoftechnologyandtheadventofthedigitalage,traditionalintangibleculturalheritagetechniquesaregraduallylostorsubstitutedbymodernmachineproduction.Fromtheperspectiveoftheintegrationofscienceandart,thepurposeofthisresearchistomakeuseofoldmaterialsinanewway,whichcanstimulatethenewvitalityoftraditionalmaterialsandcrafts,andmakethemadapttothecurrentaestheticcontextandculturaldevelopment.Basedontheinvestigationofexistingproductsaswellasthestudyofold-newmaterialsandtechnologies,whichpracticeusestheshoesasthecarrier,usingthelightcuring3Dprintingtechnology,spraydyeingtechniqueandthenewmaterialELASTO1000(polyurethane),andthecraftofshoeswithtraditionaltannedfishleather,cowleather,artificialleather.Inpractice,itbreaksthroughthetraditionalcoloraestheticofHezhenationalityandchoosesblackasthemaincolor.Multiplematerialsandtechnologies,newandold,traditionalandmodern,canachieveperfectharmonyandunityinoneproduct.Keywords:Intangibleculturalheritage;3Dprinting;integrationofscienceandart;productdesign0引言在科艺融合的视角下，本文通过...
