ResearchontheUltrasonicExtractionTechnologyofCottonseedOilJIANGCheng-jun*,MOQingSchoolofBiologicalandChemicalEngineering,ZhejiangUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Hangzhou310023,ChinaAbstract[Objective]Tooptimizetheultrasonicextractiontechnologyofcottonseedoilbyresponsesurfacemethodology.[Method]Basedonthesinglefactorex-periment,theresponsesurfacemethodwiththreefactorsatthreelevelswasadoptedaccordingtotheprincipleofcentralcompositedesign.Theoptimumextractionconditionsofextractionduration,liquid-solidratioandtemperatureweredeterminedbyregressionanalysis.[Result]Thebestultrasonicextractionconditionsofcot-tonseedoilwere35minofextractionduration,38℃ofextractiontemperatureand56∶6ofliquid-solidratio.Undertheseconditions,theextractionrateofcottonseedoilcouldreachupto45.81%,witharelativeerrorof0.13%fromthetheoreticalvalueof45.94%.[Conclusion]Themethodoptimizedtheextractiontechnologyandlaidfoundationforthefurtherresearchofcottonseedoil.KeywordsCottonseedoil;Ultrasonicextraction;Responsesurface...
