·11CHINESEJOURNALOFCTANDMRI,FEB.2023,Vol.21,No.02TotalNo.160【第一作者】陈荣,男,主治医师,主要研究方向:中枢骨肌。E-mail:A18398123403@163.com【通讯作者】陈荣论著ApplicationValueofMRIDiffusionWeightedImagingintheDifferentialDiagnosisofAstrocytomaandBrainMetastases*CHENRong*,LIYong,PENGYi-meng,ZHENGHai-long.DepartmentofRadiology,SuiningCentralHospital,Suining629000,SichuanProvince,ChinaABSTRACTObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationvalueofDiffusionweightedimaging(DWI)inthedifferentialdiagnosisofastrocytomaandbrainmetastases.MethodsAtotalof45patientswithastrocytomaand38patientswithbrainmetastasesadmittedtoourhospitalfromJanuary,2017toMarch,2020wereselected.ThemagneticresonanceDWIexaminationofthepatientswasanalyzed,andthediagnosticaccuracyofMRIforastrocytomaandbrainmetastaseswascalculated.TheMRIsignsofdifferenttumors,DWIparameters(ADC,rADC)oftumorandsurroundingedemawerecompared.ResultsThediagnosticaccuracyofMRIforastrocytomaandbrainmetastaseswasnotsignificantlydifferentfromthatofpathologicalresults(P>0.05).TheADCandrADCvaluesoftheedemazonearoundthetumorinbrainmetastaseswerehigherthanthoseinastrocytomas(P<0.05).Signsofastrocytoma:thetumorbodywasslightlylongsignalnodulesormassshadowonT1andT2,andtheenhancedscancouldbeseenasnodules,someshowedirregularringenhancement,andtheedemazonewaslongsignalonT1andT2.DWIshowedheterogeneoussignal,andthesurroundingedemazonewasisointense.Signsofbrainmetastases:thetumorwaslobulatedslightlylongerT2signal,surroundedbylargeedema,andtheenhancedtumorwassignificantlyenhanced.OnDWI,thetumorwashighsignal,surroundingedemaandequalsignal.ConclusionMagneticresonanceDWIcanreflectthedifferenceofADCvalueandrADCvaluebetweenastrocytomaandbrainmetastases,andprovidereferenceforthedifferentialdiagnosisofastrocytomaandbrainmetastases.Keywords:MagneticResonance;DiffusionWeightedImaging;Astrocytoma;BrainMetastases;DifferentialDiagnosis脑转移瘤发病率在3.5%~10%左右,男性多于女性[1]。星形细胞瘤则为颅内原发性肿瘤,在临床中常见,肿瘤多位于白质内,可侵入皮层以及破坏深部...
