·1CHINESEJOURNALOFCTANDMRI,FEB.2023,Vol.21,No.02TotalNo.160【第一作者】陈芳芳,女,主治医师,主要研究方向:影像诊断。E-mail:canle6862@sina.com【通讯作者】刘影,女,主任医师,主要研究方向:神经影像诊断。E-mail:felice828@126.com论著Diffusion-weightedImagingEvaluationofMiddleandLatePregnancyFetalBrainwithCerebralAbnormalitiesCHENFang-fang,WUYa-ling,LIUMeng-qiu,LIShu-fang,LIShuang,LIUYing*.DepartmentofRadiology,theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofUSTC(AnhuiProvincialHospital),Hefei230000,AnhuiProvince,ChinaABSTRACTObjectiveToevaluationthediagnosticefficiencyofDiffusion-weightedimaging(DWI)inmiddleandlatepregnancyfetalbrainwithcerebralabnormalitiesbymeasuringapparentdiffusioncoefficient(ADC)valuesindifferentcerebralregions.MethodsHalfFouriersingle-shotturbospin-echo(HASTE)andDWIwereperformedin43singletonfetuseswithnormalorquestionablyfetalbrainorplacentallesionsonsonography.ADCvaluesinthefrontalwhitematter(WM),temporalWM,occipitalWM,parietalWM,basalganglia,thalamus,ponsandcerebellumweremeasuredrespectively,andthedifferencesbetweenthetwogroupswerecompared.Meanwhile,therelationshipbetweenADCvaluesofdifferentregionsandgestationalagewasanalyzedbyPearsoncorrelationanalysis.ResultsAmong43singletonpregnantwomen,19casesoffetalbrainwereinthenormalcontrolgroup,24casesinthelesiongroup,including16casesofventriculardilatation;6casesofposteriorfossawidening,1caseofarachnoidcyst,andonefetushadsmallheadcircumference.Inthenormalcontrolgroupandthelesiongroup,theADCvaluesinthewhitematterareaofthecerebralwerehigherthanthatinthedeepnucleus,pons,andthecerebellum.Inthetwogroups,theADCvaluesinthecerebellumandbasalgangliaareawerestatisticallysignificantcomparedwiththatinthethalamusandpons.Moreover,theADCvaluesbetweenthethalamusandbrainstemwerealsostatisticallysignificant.TheADCvaluesofthelesiongroupdecreased,andtherewasstatisticalsignificanceinADCvaluesofparietalWMbetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).Inthecontrolgroup,occipitalWM,parietalWM,andthecerebellumADCvalueswerenegativelycorrelatedwithgestationalag...
