从“自由体”到“韵体”———朱湘民歌翻译的诗学解读①郭瑶函(江西财经大学)摘要:本文运用西方现代诗学理论的文本分析方法,聚焦新月诗派诗歌翻译家朱湘在民歌翻译实践中对原诗诗体的处理,发现朱湘经历了从“自由体”译诗到“韵体”译诗的转变,转变之后对原诗诗体的再现虽有改善,但因对西诗(主要是英诗)的节奏形成机制体认不当,错误地采用了“以(汉)字代(英)音节”的方式,无法准确再现原诗节奏,结果是未能成功引进西方民歌的诗体。Abstract:UtilizingthetextualanalyzingmethodprovidedbymodernWesternpoetictheories,thisessaylooksintohowWesternfolksongs'metricalfeatureshavebeenrecreatedinthepoetrytranslationofZhuXiang,arepresentativepoetrytranslatoroftheCrescentMoonSchool.IthasbeendiscoveredthatZhuXiangenduredatransferfromtranslatingWesternmetricalpoetryinto“freeverse”totranslatinginto“metricalverse”.Theoriginalmetricalfeatureshavebeenmanifestedbetterafterthetransfer.However,duetohiswronginterpretationofEnglishrhythmicmechanism,ZhuXiang,replacingEnglishsyllableswithChinesecharacters,failedtorecreatetheoriginalrhythm.Thus,hefailedtointroduceWesternfolksongs'metricalfeaturesintoChina.关键词:朱湘;民歌翻译;诗体;转变KeyWords:ZhuXiang;folksongtranslation;poeticform;transfer一、引言民歌是民间文学的一种,最初指民间口头创作的诗歌。中国民歌因历史悠久、地域辽阔和民族众多而丰富多样。中国的四言诗...
