NO.9(Ser.300)JOURNALOFRAILWAYENGINEERINGSOCIETY第9期(总300)Sep2023报程铁学道2023年9月文章编号：1006-2106(2023)09-0112-04关于法国铁路车站技术标准的系统思考与分析柴清源米米（中铁工程设计咨询集团有限公司，北京100055）摘要：研究目的：为适应国家战略布局，随着国内铁路市场日趋饱和，铁路企业“出海”已经成为众多企业努力的方向。中国铁路在“出海”进程中，面临劳工、环境、文化等一系列风险与挑战，特别是不同建设标准的影响，通过对中法两国的站场设计技术参数研究对比分析，找出二者的差异，提出站场标准优化建议，提升标准技术经济性。研究结论：（1)我国高速铁路大部分标准高于法国标准；（2）我国高铁舒适度高于法国高铁，与其有关的欠、过超高，线间距等参数可以结合海外项目具体情况通过计算合理选择；少部分标准基本一致或法国标准高于中国标准，这部分标准可直接在海外项目使用；（3）结合我国“走出去”战略的实施，对法国规范未规定的最小坡段长度、各级铁路坡度代数差允许值、道岔设置、咽喉区布置等方面需要作进一步研究，以优化降低资金成本；（4)该研究成果可供境外高铁项目投标以及铁路车站及枢纽设计参考。关键词：铁路；站场；标准；分析中图分类号：文献标识码：ASystematicThinkingandAnalysisoftheTechnicalStandardofFrenchRailwayStationCHAIQingyuan(ChinaRailwayEngineeringDesignConsultingGroupCo.Ltd,Beijing100055,China)Abstract:Researchpurposes:Inordertoadapttothenationalstrategy,withtheincreasingsaturationofthedomesticrailwaymarket,"goingoversea"hasbecomethedevelopmentdirectionformanyrailwayenterprises.Duringtheprocessofoverseaprojects,thereareaseriesofrisksandchallenges,includingtheinfluenceoflabor,environment,culture,andespeciallydifferentdesignandconstructionstandards.ThroughthecomparativeanalysisofChineseandFrenchstationdesigntechnicalparameters,thedifferencesbetweentwostandardssystemarepresented.Suggestionsfortheoptimizationofstationstandardsareputforwardtoimprovethetechnologyandeconomy.Researchconclusions:(1)MostofChinesehigh-speedrailwaystandardsarestricterthantheFrenchstandards.(2)ThecomfortlevelofChinesehigh-speedrailwayisstricterthanthatoftheFrench.Relatedindicatorsincludingsuperelevation,linespacingandotherpa...
