康复教育ChineseScientificJournalofHearingandSpeechRehabilitationdoi:10.3969/j.issn.1672-4933.2023.05.023中国听力语言康复科学杂志2023年(第21卷)第5期孤独症谱系障碍儿童医教结合康复模式应用ApplicationoftheRehabilitationModelofCombiningMedicinewithEducationinChildrenwithAutismSpectrumDisorder梁伟健1李梦雅1丁忠冰2,3LIANGWei-jian,LIMeng-ya,DINGZhong-bing【摘要】目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍(autismspectrumdisorder,ASD)儿童综合康复训练医教结合模式的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月~2020年5月丽水市残联康复医院就诊且符合入组标准的66例ASD儿童为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规康复训练,实验组采用医教结合模式康复训练。采用自闭症儿童心理教育评核(第三版)(psycho-educationalprofile-3rdedition,PEP-3)比较两组干预前后沟通、体能、行为3方面功能变化情况。结果(1)干预前两组儿童沟通、体能、行为评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)干预后两组儿童3方面评分均有显著提高(P<0.05),且实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将医教结合模式应用于ASD儿童综合康复训练中,有助于其改善其临床症状,提升干预效果,值得推广应用。【关键词】孤独症谱系障碍儿童;综合康复训练;医教结合康复模式【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationvalueofthecombinationofmedicineandeducationinthecomprehensiverehabilitationtrainingofchildrenwithautismspectrumdisorders.MethodsSelecting66childrenwithASDwhomettheenrollmentcriteriainthehospitalfromJune2019toMay2020asthestudysubjects,whichweredividedintocontrolgroupandexperimentalgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutinerehabilitationtraining,andtheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithrehabilitationtrainingcombinedwithmedicineandeducation.Thefunctionalchangesofcommunication,physicalabilityandbehaviorofthetwogroupsbeforeandafterinterventionwerecomparedbyusingthepsycho-educationalprofile-3rdedition(PEP-3).Results(1)Beforetheintervention,thescoresofchildren'scommunication,physicalabilityandbehaviorinthetwogroupswerenotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05);(2)Aftertheintervention,thescoresofthetwogroupsofchildreninthreeaspectswereimproved,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<...
