临床医学研究与实践2023年10月第8卷第30期Effectofintra-articularinjectionofplatelet-richplasmacombinedwitharthroscopicdebridementinthetreatmentofkneeosteoarthritisanditsinfluencesonthelevelsofIL-7R,TNF-琢andIGFDINGChen1,ZHAOXudong1*,GUOFeng2(1.HanzhongCentralHospital,Hanzhong723000;2.XianyangHospitalofYan'anUniversity,Xianyang712000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofintra-articularinjectionofplatelet-richplasmacombinedwitharthroscopicdebridementinthetreatmentofkneeosteoarthritisanditsinfluencesonthelevelsofinterleukin-7receptor(IL-7R),tumornecrosisfactor-琢(TNF-琢)andinsulin-likegrowthfactor(IGF).MethodsAtotalof80patientswithkneeosteoarthritisadmittedfromOctober2017toOctober2021wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroup(40cases,arthroscopicdebridementtreatment)andobservationgroup(40cases,intra-articularinjectionofplatelet-richplasmacombinedwitharthroscopicdebridementtreatment)accordingtodifferenttreatmentmethods.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).At3monthsafteroperation,theKneeSocietyScore(KSS)scoreoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andtheIndexofSeverityforOsteoarthritis(ISOA)scorewaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).At3monthsafteroperation,thelevelsofIL-7R,TNF-琢andIGFintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).At3monthsafteroperation,thelevelsofboneglaprotein(BGP)andbone-specificalkalinephosphatase(BALP)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andtheleveloftartrate-resistantacidphosphatase5b(TRACP-5b)waslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionIntra-articularinjectionofplatelet-richplasmacombinedwitharthroscopicdebridementishelpfultoimprovethetherapeuticeffectofpatientswithkneeosteoarthritis,promotetheimprovementofkneejointfunction,andregulateinflammatoryfactorsandbonemetabolism.KEYWORDS:arthroscopicdebridement;intra-articularinjection;platelet-richplasma;kneeosteoarth...
