第18卷增刊2地下空间与工程学报Vol.182022年12月ChineseJournalofUndergroundSpaceandEngineeringDec.2022超长距离岩石顶管工程沉渣处理研究赵彦春(中铁十八局集团隧道工程有限公司,重庆400700)摘要:随着硬岩顶管隧洞施工距离的不断增长,渣料通过超挖间隙流动到管壁四周,沉渣增多将抬升管道使其上部与岩壁接触,导致顶管施工的摩阻力急剧增加,给长距离顶管施工带来极大的风险和挑战。如何通过清渣减小摩阻力是长距离岩石顶管施工中关键技术。以观景口水利枢纽工程无压隧洞硬岩顶管施工为实例,结合岩石地层摩阻力计算公式提出了相应的沉渣处理时机,提出了硬岩顶管机沉渣处理技术,包括:中继间掏渣槽制作、中继间井内安装、中继间布置及应用及中继间掏渣作业。经现场试验证明,此方法具有低成本、高效率的特点,可有效降低岩石地层顶管摩阻力,实现了3#无压隧洞3224m硬岩顶管施工世界纪录。相关成果可为同类顶管隧洞施工提供有益借鉴。关键词:长距离;硬岩顶管;顶进摩阻力;沉渣处理中图分类号:TU990.3文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-0836(2022)增2-0772-05StudyonSedimentTreatmentofUltra-Long-DistanceRockPipeJackingEngineeringZhaoYanchun(ChinaRailway18thBureauGroupTunnelEngineeringCo.,Ltd.,Chongqing400700,P.R.China)Abstract:Astheconstructiondistanceofhardrockpipejackingtunnelcontinuestoincrease,theslagflowsaroundthepipewallthroughtheover-duggap,andtheincreaseofsedimentwillliftthepipeandmakeitsupperpartcontactwiththerockwall,resultinginasharpincreaseinfrictionresistanceofpipejackingconstruction,bringinggreatrisksandchallengestolong-distancepipejackingconstruction.Howtoreducefrictionresistancethroughslagremovalisthekeyworkcontentinlongdistancerockpipejackingconstruction.Toviewthemouthwaterconservancyhubprojectasnopressuretunnelinhardrockwaterpipejackingconstructionasanexample,combiningthecalculationformulaofrockstratafrictionfirstthesedimentofthecorrespondingprocessingtime,andthenputsforwardthehardrockroofpipesedimentprocessingtechnology,including:slagtankproductionintheintermediatejackingstation,applicationofintermediatejackingstation,arrangementofintermediatejackingstation,slaggingattheslagtank.Thefieldtestprovesthatthismethodhasthecharacteristicsoflowcost...
