浙江工贸职业技术学院学报JOURNALOFZHEJIANGINDUSTRY&TRADEVOCATIONALCOLLEGE第22卷第4期2022年12月Vol.22No.4Dec.2022产业集群、跨境电商与跨境物流的耦合协调效应分析*何丹（浙江工贸职业技术学院，浙江温州325003）摘要：文章构建了产业集群、跨境电商与跨境物流综合评价指标体系，并基于2011-2020年浙江省产业集群、跨境电商与跨境物流发展样本数据进行了耦合协调实证分析。结果表明，浙江省产业集群、跨境电商与跨境物流之间的共生关系处于良性耦合阶段到高度耦合阶段的演化过程，三者耦合协调关系程度从初级协调过渡到良好协调，另外11个地级城市的耦合协调程度都在逐步提高，但城市间的差异也很明显。在今后发展过程中，浙江省应通过优化跨境电商营商环境、创新跨境物流服务模式以及促进产业集群转型升级等方面来提升产业集群、跨境电商与跨境物流的耦合协调发展，助力双循环新发展格局的构建。关键词：产业集群；跨境电商；跨境物流；耦合模型中图分类号：F263文献标志码：A文章编号：1672-0105（2022）04-0071-08EffectAnalysisonCouplingandCoordinationofIndustrialCluster,Cross-borderE-commerceandCross-borderLogisticsHEDan（ZhejiangIndustry&TradeVocationalCollege,Wenzhou325003,China）Abstract:Thispaperhasbuiltacomprehensiveevaluationindexsysteminvolvingindustrialclusters,cross-bordere-commerceandcross-borderlogisticsandconductedacouplingandcoordinatedempiricalanalysisbasedonthesampledataofindustrialclusters,cross-bordere-commerceandcross-borderlogisticsdevelopmentinZhejiangProvincefrom2011to2020.Resultsshowedthatthesymbioticrelationshipamongindustrialcluster,cross-bordere-commerceandcross-borderlogisticsinZhejiangProvinceisintheevo-lutionprocessfromabenigntohighcouplingstage,andthatthecoordinationdegreeamongthethreeisinthatfromalowtomoderatecoordination.Moreover,ithasalsorevealedthatcouplingandcoordinationdegreesamongthetreefactorsin11prefecture-levelcitiesareincreasinggradually,whilethedegreedifferencesamongthecitiesareobvious.Inthefuture,thecouplingandcoordinationdegreeofindustrialclusters,cross-bordere-commerceandcross-borderlogisticsshouldbeimprovedbyoptimizingthebusinessenvironmentofcross-bordere-commerce,innovatingtheservicemo...
