临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Investigationoncariesstatusofthefirstpermanentmolarsin12-year-oldchildreninnortheasternSichuanYUPing1,ZHUWanchun1,XUJie2,DUChengbin3,MIFanglin1*(1.StomatologyDepartment,AffiliatedHospitalofNorthSichuanMedicalCollege,Nanchong637000;2.NanchongShunqingDistrictCenterforDiseaseControlandPrevention,Nanchong637000;3.Guang'anDistrictCenterforDiseaseControlandPrevention,Guang'an638500,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatethecariesstatusofthefirstpermanentmolarsof12-year-oldchildreninNanchongandGuang'an,soastoprovideevidencesforthepreventionandtreatmentofcariesinchildreninnortheasternSichuan.MethodsAtotalof112712-year-oldchildrenfromsixschoolsinonedistrictorcountyofNanchongandGuang'anwereselectedbyclusterrandomsamplingtoinvestigatethecariesrate[calculatedaccordingtodecayed,missingorfilledteeth(DMFT)],DMFT,cariesfillingandpitandfissuresealingofthefirstpermanentmolars.ResultsThecariesrateofthefirstpermanentmolarsof112712-year-oldchildrenwas46.85%,andthenumberofcariesinthefirstpermanentmolarsaccountedfor90.72%ofthenumberofcariesinallpermanentteeth.TheaverageDMFTofthefirstpermanentmolarswas1.02,thecariesfillingratiowas10.25%,andthepitandfissuresealingratewas11.00%.ThecariesrateandDMFTofthefirstpermanentmolarsingirlswerehigherthanthoseinboys(P<0.05);therewerenostatisticallysignificantdifferencesincariesfillingratioandpitandfissuresealingratebetweenboysandgirls(P>0.05).Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinthecariesrate,DMFTandcariesfillingratioofchildren'sfirstpermanentmolarsbetweenNanchongandGuang'an(P>0.05);thepitandfissuresealingrateofchildren'sfirstpermanentmolarsinNanchongwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinGuang'an(P<0.01).Thedistributionofcariesofthefirstpermanentmolarsindifferenttoothpositionswassimilarinleftandright;theproportionofcariesinthemandibularfirstpermanentmolarswashigherthanthatinthemaxillary,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).TheDMFTcompositionratioofallthefirstpermanentmolarsisdecayedteeth(DT)∶missingteethduet...
