89第2卷第6期2023年3月Vol.2No.6Mar.2023科技与健康TechnologyandHealth护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤骨痛中的应用效果分析彭瑶瑶（南通大学第二附属医院·南通市第一人民医院，江苏南通226000）摘要：为研究对多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者应用护理干预起到的临床效果，选取2021年10月—2022年12月期间南通大学第二附属医院（南通市第一人民医院）收治的84例骨髓瘤患者为观察对象，按照奇偶数法分为对照组和观察组，每组各42例患者，前者应用常规护理干预，后者应用综合护理干预，对比两组患者护理后基本状况，了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果显示，应用综合护理方式的观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组，疼痛感评分以及心理状况评分优于对照组，观察组患者护理满意率为97.62%，高于对照组的85.71%（P＜0.05）。研究发现，在骨髓瘤骨痛患者护理中应用综合护理方式能够为患者提供细致、优质的护理服务，可以提升患者的生活质量以及护理满意率。关键词：护理干预；多发性骨髓瘤骨痛；护理方式；效果观察中图分类号：R473.73文献标识码：AClinicalObservationofNursingInterventioninMultipleMyelomaOstealgiaPENGYaoyao(TheSecondAffiliatedHospitalofNantongUniversity(TheFirstPeople’sHospitalofNantong),Nantong,Jiangsu226000)Abstract:TostudytheclinicaleffectofnursinginterventiononMultiplemyelomapatientswithbonepain.84patientswithmyelomaadmittedtoTheSecondAffiliatedHospitalofNantongUniversity(theFirstPeople’sHospitalofNantongCity)fromOctober2021toDecember2022wereselectedastheobservationobjectsforacomparativeexperiment.Beforetheexperiment,theyweredividedintooddandevennumbergroups.Therewere42patientsinthecontrolgroupand42patientsintheobservationgroup.Theformerappliedconventionalnursingintervention,andthelatterappliedcomprehensivenursingintervention.Thebasicconditionsofthetwogroupsofpatientsafternursingwerecompared,understandthenursingeffectsofdifferentnursingmethods.Theresultsshowedthatthequalityoflifescores,painscores,andpsychologicalstatusscoresoftheobservationgrouppatientswhoappliedcomprehensivenursingmethodswerebetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup.Thenursingsatisfactionrateoftheobservationgrouppatientswas97.61%,whichwashigherthan85.71%ofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).R...
