现代食品XIANDAISHIPIN221/调查报告InvestigationReportdoi:10.16736/j.cnki.cn41-1434/ts.2023.13.054低碳食品认知与接纳行为探究——基于长沙市青年消费者调查的实证研究ResearchonLowCarbonFoodCognitionandAcceptanceBehavior——EmpiricalStudyBasedontheSurveyofYoungConsumersinChangsha◎罗思畅(湖南农业大学经济学院,湖南长沙410128)LUOSichang(EconomicCollege,HunanAgriculturalUniversity,Changsha410128,China)摘要:在湖南省长沙市青年消费者进行问卷调查的基础上,本文考查了长沙市青年消费者对于低碳食品及相关生产体系、双碳发展目标的认知与接纳情况,分析其行为动机与行为偏好。调查结果表明,绝大多数青年消费者的受教育程度较高,但其对于低碳食品及相关内容的认知水平却并不理想;青年消费者对于低碳食品的购买意愿一般,其消费动机、认知与接纳行为偏好均呈现出多样化特征;青年消费者对于当前低碳食品生产体系的认知、信赖和认可水平有待提高。针对调查结果,本文提出了加强低碳消费宣传教育、提升低碳食品竞争力、完善相关制度体系的建议。关键词:低碳食品;青年消费者;认知与接纳行为Abstract:BasedonthequestionnairesurveyofyoungconsumersinChangsha,thispaperexaminesthecognitionandacceptanceofyoungconsumersinChangshaonlow-carbonfoodandrelatedproductionsystems,dual-carbondevelopmentgoals,andanalyzestheirbehavioralmotivationsandpreferences.Theresultsshowthatalthoughmostyoungconsumersarehighlyeducated,theircognitionleveloflowcarbonfoodandrelatedcontentisnotideal.Youngconsumershaveageneralwillingnesstopurchaselow-carbonfood,andtheirconsumptionmotivation,cognitionandacceptancebehaviorpreferencesarediversified.Youngconsumers’cognition,trustandrecognitionofthecurrentlow-carbonfoodproductionsystemneedtobeimproved.Accordingtothesurveyresults,thispaperputsforwardsuggestionsonstrengtheningthepublicityandeducationoflow-carbonconsumption,enhancingthecompetitivenessoflow-carbonfood,andimprovingtherelevantsystem.Keywords:lowcarbonfood;youngconsumers;cognitionandacceptancebehavior中图分类号:F713.5521世纪以来,人们越来越关注低碳经济的发展。付允等[1]提出低碳经济发展模式要以低碳发展为发展方向,以节能减排为发展方式,以碳中和技术为发...
