824/2023新建筑|设计研究[作者单位]东南大学建筑学院（南京，210096）*通讯作者（E-mail:xuxiaodong@seu.edu.cn）传统村落建筑复合界面活态化保护与改造策略研究ResearchontheLivingProtectionandReconstructionStrategyofBuildingCompositeInterfaceinTraditionalVillages摘要随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施，传统村落的活态化保护利用成为学界日益关注的重要话题。文章从日常生活视角出发，挖掘传统村落的地域特征与人文内涵，以探索建筑复合界面的在地性活化改造。依据不同界面类型，构建融入场地环境、塑造场所精神、延续场域文脉的改造原则，进而提出建筑复合界面“形”“感”“构”的改造策略。宜兴周铁传统村（社区）中医馆改造实践将不同建筑复合界面类型作为操作要素，依据不同类型提出破界、立界、延界的针对性改造策略，最终实现提升传统村落街巷活力和传统村落活态化保护利用的目标。关键词传统村落建筑复合界面公共空间活态化保护利用ABSTRACTWiththein-depthimplementationofruralrevitalizationstrategy,theprotectionandutilizationoftraditionalvillageshavebeenanimportanttopicofincreasingconcernintheacademiccommunity.Fromtheperspectiveofdailylife,thispaperexploresthecomplexinterfaceoftraditionalvillagebuildings,excavatesitsregionalcharacteristicsandhumanisticconnotation,andexploresthelocalactivationandtransformationofthebuildingcompositeinterface.Accordingtodifferentinterfacetypes,thispaperconstructsthetransformationprinciplesofbeing-emerged-in-site,shaping-space-with-spritandresponding-to-culture,andproposesthetransformationstrategiesof“shape”,“feeling”and“structure”ofthebuildingcompositeinterface.WiththecaseofthetransformationoftraditionalChinesemedicineclinicsinZhoutietraditionalvillages(community)inYixing,inordertoenhancethevitalityofthestreetsoftraditionalvillagesandrealizetheactiveprotectionandutilizationoftraditionalvillages,differenttypesofbuildingcompositeinterfacesaretakenastheoperatingelements,andthreetransformationstrategiesareproposedaccordingtodifferenttypes,namely,breakingtheboundary,establishingtheboundaryandextendingtheboundary.KEYWORDStraditionalvillage;buildingcompositeinterface;publicspace;livingprotect...
