2023·13技术应用与研究108ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究2023·13技术应用与研究108ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究循环水总碱度的控制*移素鸿(中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司江苏210048)摘要:循环水总碱度是循环水结垢的一个重要控制指标,正常循环水总碱度控制在300~450mg/L。总碱度是指循环水中所含能与强酸发生中和反应的全部物质含量,主要由循环水中的盐类形式组成,此类物质与水中的Ca2+、Mg2+离子产生化学反应进而沉淀结垢,循环水中总碱度过高,会导致换热器表面结垢严重,影响换热效果,增加装置能耗。本文主要介绍循环水总碱度的控制,通过采用浓缩倍数、排污量和加酸等控制方法,并且结合生产实际情况,分析了循环水总碱度的优化方法,指出总碱度的控制不仅能直接影响阻垢缓蚀效果,还与循环水系统的节水减排和节约能耗等密切相关。关键词:循环水;碱度中图分类号:TQ文献标识码:ADOI:10.20087/j.cnki.1672-8114.2023.13.036ControlofTotalAlkalinityofCirculatingWaterYiSuhong(SinopecYangziPetrochemicalCo.,Ltd.,Jiangsu,210048)Abstract:Thetotalalkalinityofcirculatingwaterisanimportantcontrolindexforscalingofcirculatingwater,andthetotalalkalinityofnormalcirculatingwateriscontrolledwithin300~450mg/L.Totalalkalinityreferstothecontentofallsubstancescontainedincirculatingwaterthatcanneutralizeandreactwithstrongacid,mainlycomposedofsaltsincirculatingwater.SuchsubstancesreactwithCa2+andMg2+ionsinwatertoprecipitatescale.Thetotalalkalinityofcirculatingwateristoohigh,whichwillleadtoseriousscaleformationonthesurfaceofheatexchanger,affectingtheheattransfereffectandincreasingtheenergyconsumptionofthedevice.Thispapermainlyintroducesthecontrolofthetotalalkalinityofcirculatingwater,andanalyzestheoptimizationmethodofcirculatingwaterqualitybyusingthecontrolmethodssuchasconcentrationratio,dischargeamountandacidaddition,andcombiningwiththeactualproductionsituation.Itpointsoutthatthecontroloftotalalkalinitycannotonlydirectlyaffecttheeffectofscaleandcorrosioninhibition,butalsoiscloselyrelatedtothewatersaving,emissionreductionandenergysavingofcirculatingwatersystem.Keywords:circulatingwater;alkalinity循环水是化工装置的重要组...
