ChineseJournalofTurbomachinery第65卷,2023年第3期Http://turbo-jour.cftn.cnVol.65,2023,No.3InfluenceoftheFilmHoleLayoutontheFilmCoolingPerformanceofTurbineEndwall*KunDu1,2,3,4Xiang-pengPei1Cun-liangLiu1,3,4,*(1.SchoolofPowerandEnergy,NorthwesternPolytechnicalUniversity;2.YangtzeRiverDeltaResearchInstitute,NorthwesternPolytechnicalUniversity;3.ShaanxiKeyLaboratoryofAeronauticalPowerSystemThermalScience;4.YangtzeRiverDeltaResearchInstitute,NorthwesternPolytechnicalUniversity)Abstract:Theinfluenceofthefilmholeblowingratioandcompoundangleonthefilmcoolingperformanceofturbinestaticvaneendwallisinvestigatednumericallyunderdifferentfilmholelayouts.Thereliabilityofthenumericalmethodisverifiedbycomparingthenumericalresultswiththeexperimentaldata.Itisshownthattheendwallcanbedividedintofourregions,andtheflowbehavesdifferentlyinthefourregions.Region1isgreatlyinfluencedbytheblowingratioofthefilmholejet.Thelargestcoolingeffectivenessisobtainedwhenblowingratiois1.0.ComparedtoRegion2,thetransversecomponentofflowislargerinRegion3.Sothecasewithacompoundangleof30°getsahighercoolingeffectivenessinRegion2,whilethecasewithacompoundangleof0°hasahighercoolingeffectivenessinRegion3.InRegion4,theseparationoftheflowissevere.Themainflowcarriesthecoolingjetawayfromtheendwall.Therefore,theblowingratiohaslittleinfluenceonthecoolingeffectivenessinRegion4.Keywords:Turbine;BlowingRatio;AdiabaticCoolingEffectiveness;Endwall摘要:本文数值研究了在不同布局条件下,气膜孔吹风比和复合角对涡轮静叶端壁绝热冷却效率的影响。通过数值结果与实验数据的比较,验证了数值方法的可靠性。研究表明:端壁可以被划分为四个区域,不同区域之间的流动结构相差较大。其中Region1受气膜孔射流吹风比影响较大,当气膜孔射流吹风比为1.0时,该区域的冷却面积达到最大;相比于Region2,Region3的流动具有更大的横向分量,因此复合角为30°的气膜孔在Region2得到较高的冷却效率,而复合角为0°的气膜孔在Region3得到较高的冷却效率。Region4主流脱离端壁现象十分严重,主流会携带冷却射流离开壁面,因此,气膜孔吹风比对该区域的冷却效率没有影响。关键词:涡轮;...
