竞技体育JINGJITIYU“小球时代”背景下中锋球员攻防技术培养路径研究ResearchontheTrainingPathofAttackandDefenseTechniquesforCenterForwardsintheBackgroundof“SmallBallEra'沈世杰，胡杰，郑志强，李游ShenShijie,HuJie,ZhengZhiqiang,LiYou摘要：通过探寻“小球时代”背景下美国本土中锋和欧洲国籍中锋在攻防两端的优势与不足，总结分析世界顶级水平的中锋球员技术运用新特点，为我国中锋球员攻防能力的培养提供一些定量数据参考和训练新思路。本文采用数理统计法对2021-2022赛季NBA联盟各球队常规赛场均上场时间大于等于12分钟的美国本土中锋和欧洲国籍中锋全面攻防数据指标进行综合量化分析。研究结果：①“小球时代”背景下，中锋球员具备良好的策应能力有助于其在进攻端的发挥。②“小球时代”背景下，中锋球员高大的身材在一定程度上会限制其在防守端的表现。③现今的顶尖中锋球员都具备一定的中远投射能力，并朝着空间型中锋趋势发展。关键词：小球时代；中锋球员；攻防技术；量化分析；高阶数据Abstract:ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofAmericancenterforwardsandEuropeancenterforwardsinbothattackanddefenseinthecontextofthe“"smallballera",andtosummarizeandanalyzethenewcharacteristicsofthetechniqueapplicationofworldtopcenterforwards,soastoprovidesomequantitativedatareferenceandnewtrainingideasforthecultivationofChinascenterforwardsattackanddefensecapabilities.Usingthemethodofmathematicalstatistics,thecomprehensivequantitativeanalysiswasconductedontheoffensiveanddefensivedataindicatorsofAmericanandEuropeancenterforwardswithaverageplayingtime≥12minutesintheregulargameofNBAteamsinthe2021-2022season.Results:(a)Inthecontextofthe“smallballera",havingacenterplayerwithgoodcoordinationabilitywillhelpthemplayontheoffensiveend.(b)Inthecontextofthesmallballera,thetallphysiqueofcenterforwardplayerscantosomeextentlimittheirdefensiveperformance.(c)Todaystopcenterforwardsallpossessacertainleveloflong-rangeprojectionability,movingtowardsaspatialcentertrend.Keywords:smallballera;centerforward;offensiveanddefensivetechniques;quantitativeanalysis;high-orderdata中图分类号：G841doi:10.19379/j.cnki.issn.1005-0256.2023.0...
