天津中医药TianjinJournalofTraditionalChineseMedicine2023年9月第40卷第9期Sep.2023,Vol.40No.9Changesinbrainfunctionalactivityinmigrainewithanxietyanddepressionandthemechanismofacupunctureonitsregulation:aMeta鄄analysisoffMRIstudiesCHENYing1,SUNJingqing2,HONGJiahui1,LIUYuhan1,CHENQiuyi2,LIULu2(1.BeijingUniversityofChineseMedicine,Beijing100029,China;2.BeijingKeyLaboratoryofAcupunctureNeuromodulation,DepartmentofAcupunctureandMoxibustion,BeijingHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,CapitalMedicalUniversity,Beijing100010,China)Abstract:[Objective]Toevaluatethechangesofbrainfunctioninmigrainepatientswithanxietyanddepressionandtheeffectsofacupunctureonbrainfunction.[Methods]DomesticandforeigndatabasesweresearchedfromtheestablishmentofeachdatabasetoJune2022.Theliteratureonacupuncturetreatmentofmigrainewithoutaurausingfunctionalmagneticresonanceimaging(fMRI)astheobservationindexwassystematicallycollected,andtheclinicalbrainfunctionalimagestudiesofmigrainepatientswithanxietyanddepressionwerescreenedout,andthebrainfunctionalimagedataofacupuncturetreatmentonmigrainewithanxietyanddepressionweresummarized.ImageindicatorswererequiredtoincludeMNI(MontrealNeurologicalInstitute)orTalairachspatialcoordinatesofactivatedbrainregions,andvoxelMeta鄄analysiswasperformedusingSeed鄄baseddMapping(SDM)software.Thecharacteristicsofbrainfunctionchangeandthegeneralruleofbrainfunctionchangecausedbyacupuncturetreatmentofthisdiseasewereobtained.[Results]Atotalof186literatureswereretrieved,10ofwhichmettheinclusioncriteria,including418patientsand160healthycontrols.VoxelMeta鄄analysisofthe10studiesshowedthatthebrainfunctionoftheleftcaudatenucleusinmigrainewithanxietyanddepressionwasmoreactivethanthatinthehealthycontrol,andtheactivityofthebilateralmiddleoccipitalgyrusandrightsuproccipitalgyruswaslessactivethanthatinthehealthycontrol.Acupuncturedecreasedthebrainfunctionintherightmiddlefrontalgyrus(P<0.005).[Conclusion]A...
