DOI:10.11689/sc.2022110801赵长春,徐超,王昉池,等.不同钝化剂组合对土壤—马铃薯系统镉迁移的影响[J].土壤与作物,2023,12(3):326−335.ZHAOCC,XUC,WANGFC,etal.Effectsofdifferentamendmentsoncadmiummigrationinsoil-potatosystem[J].SoilsandCrops,2023,12(3):326−335.不同钝化剂组合对土壤—马铃薯系统镉迁移的影响赵长春,徐超,王昉池,龙丽,刘克(贵州大学农学院,贵州贵阳550025)摘要:通过田间随机区组试验研究钝化剂组合对土壤Cd的钝化效果及马铃薯对Cd的吸收累积影响,以期筛选钝化效果好的钝化剂材料,指导马铃薯安全生产。结果显示:(1)五种钝化剂组合处理下土壤pH值和有机质含量皆有所上升,对土壤Cd均有一定的钝化效果,其中赤泥+生物炭+海泡石(T4)的组合效果较为明显,该组合下土壤pH值提升25.5%,有机质含量增加了34.6%,土壤有效Cd含量降低了46.8%;(2)五种钝化剂组合处理都能有效降低马铃薯根、茎、叶和块茎中Cd含量,且马铃薯各部位转运系数也有所降低,T4处理下马铃薯根-块茎、根-茎、茎-叶的转运系数分别降低了91.7%、33.8%和33.3%;(3)马铃薯块茎氮磷钾及钙镁含量在不同组合处理下有所变化,其中氮、磷、钾含量降低,整体降幅为4.86%~16.0%、10.9%~32.6%和2.08%~10.0%;钙、镁含量均有所上升,其中T4处理较为明显,与CK相比分别增加了150%和40.9%。可见,五种组合下赤泥+生物炭+海泡石(T4)的组合钝化效果较好。关键词:钝化剂;Cd;马铃薯;富集转运;营养元素中图分类号:X53文献标识码:AEffectsofdifferentamendmentsoncadmiummigrationinsoil-potatosystemZHAOChangchun,XUChao,WANGFangchi,LONGLi,LIUKe(CollegeofAgriculture,GuizhouUniversity,Guiyang550025,China)Abstract:Inordertoscreenpassivatormaterialswithgoodeffectandguidethesafeproductionofpotato,theeffectsofpassivatorcombinationonsoilCdandCdabsorptionandaccumulationinpotatowerestudiedbyfieldexperimentwithrandomizedblock.Theresultsshowedthat:(1)underthecombinationoffivepassivators,soilpHvalueandorganicmattercontentallincreased,withacertainpassivationeffectonsoilCd;thecombinationofredmud+biochar+sepiolite(T4)hadansignificanteffect,thesoilpHvalueandtheorganicmattercontentincreasedby25.5%and34.6%,whiletheavailableCdcontentdecreasedby46.8%.(2)Thecombinationoffivepassivat...
