X65管线钢窄坡口旋转电弧焊焊接工艺与性能罗雨,吉天亮,高萌萌,王东尧(北京石油化工学院,北京102617)摘要:针对油气管道窄坡口焊接普遍存在的侧壁未熔合问题,开展了X65管线钢窄坡口旋转电弧焊接工艺与性能的研究。搭建了X65管线钢板旋转电弧试验系统,利用高速摄像同步采集系统对旋转电弧熔滴行为进行了研究,分析了旋转电弧频率对熔滴过渡的影响。通过焊缝截面形貌的宏观金相观察,研究了窄坡口旋转电弧GMAW旋转频率对焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,高频旋转电弧加快了熔滴的过渡频率,减小了熔滴尺寸,促进了熔滴过渡过程。当旋转频率在5~30Hz范围内时,能获得良好的焊缝成形。在旋转电弧的高频搅拌作用下,所获得的焊缝表面纹路十分致密,且焊接接头具有良好的抗拉伸性能和抗弯性能。关键词:旋转电弧;熔滴过渡;焊缝成形;窄坡口中图分类号:TG444文献标识码:Adoi:10.12073/j.hj.20220921005WeldingprocessandpropertiesofX65pipelinesteelbynarrowgrooverotatingarcweldingLuoYu,JiTianliang,GaoMengmeng,WangDongyao(BeijingInstituteofPetrochemicalTechnology,Beijing102617,China)Abstract:Forthecommonproblemofside-wallincompletefusioninnarrowgrooveweldingofoilandgaspipelines,weldingprocessandpropertiesofX65pipelinesteelbynarrowgrooverotatingarcweldingwerestudied.RotatingarcexperimentalsystemofX65pipelinesteelplatewasbuilt,high-speedcamerasynchronousacquisitionsystemwasusedtostudybehaviorofrotatingarcdroplet,andinfluenceofrotatingarcfrequenciesondroplettransferwasanalyzed.Throughmacroscopicmetallographicobservationofweldsectionmorphology,influenceofrotationfrequencyofnarrowgrooverotatingarcGMAWonformationofweldwasinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthathigh-frequencyrotatingarcacceleratedtransferfrequencyofdroplet,reducedsizeofdroplet,andpromotedtransferprocessofdroplet.Whenrotationfrequencywasintherangeof5~30Hz,goodformationofweldcouldbeobtained.Undertheactionofhigh-frequencystirringofrotatingarc,surfacetextureoftheobtainedweldwasverydense,andweldedjointshadgoodtensileandbendingproperties.Keywords:rotaryarc,droplettransfer,formationofweld,narrowgroove0前言窄坡口焊接相比传统的焊接方式,有着更快的熔池冷却速度、更小的热输入,这对焊缝组织...
