第51卷第8期2023年8月化学工程CHEMICALENGINEERING(CHINA)Vol.51No.8Aug.2023超临界萃取-溶剂浸提万寿菊中的叶黄素李伟雪,顾丽莉,杨发容,刘洋(昆明理工大学化学工程学院,云南昆明650500)摘要:分别探究超临界CO2萃取法、溶剂浸提法和超临界CO2萃取联合溶剂浸提法提取万寿菊中的叶黄素。在超临界CO,萃取法中,比较万寿菊在不同种类夹带剂参与下所得的挥发油成分及叶黄素质量分数,结果表明乙醇作为夹带剂效果最好,叶黄素提取率为8.208mg/g;在溶剂浸提法中,选用多种有机溶剂在不同料液质量体积比下提取万寿菊中的叶黄素,其中V(三氯甲烷):V(乙醇)=3:2混合溶剂在料液质量体积比为1:10g/mL的条件下叶黄素得率最高,为18.008mg/g;将上述2种方法的优化方案应用于超临界C0,萃取联合溶剂浸提万寿菊中的叶黄素,结果表明:该联合方法的效果最佳,叶黄素提取率可达29.220mg/g,为工业生产中提取万寿菊中的挥发油及叶黄素提供了关键技术和数据支撑。关键词:超临界CO,萃取;溶剂浸提;叶黄素;可见光分光光度法;万寿菊中图分类号:R931.6D0I:10.3969/j.issn.1005-9954.2023.08.006SupercriticalextractioncombinedwithsolventextractionofluteinfrommarigoldLIWeixue,GULili,YANGFarong,LIUYang(FacultyofChemicalEngineering,KunmingUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Kunming650500,YunnanProvince,China)Abstract:TheextractionprocessesofluteinfrommarigoldbysupercriticalCO,extraction,solventextractionandsupercriticalCO,extractioncombinedwithsolventextractionwerestudied.InthesupercriticalCO,extractionprocess,thevolatileoilcomponentsandluteincontentofmarigoldwerecomparedunderdifferententrainers.Theresultsshowthatethanolisthebestentrainer,andtheextractionrateofluteinis8.208mg/g.Inthesolventextractionprocess,avarietyoforganicsolventswereselectedtoextractluteinfrommarigoldunderdifferentsolid-liquidmassvolumeratios,amongwhichthemixedsolventofV(chloroform):V(ethanol)=3:2withthesolid-liquidmassvolumeratioof1:10g/mListhebest,anditsyieldofluteinis18.008mg/g.TheoptimumconditionsoftheabovetwomethodswereappliedtothesupercriticalCO2extractioncombinedwithsolventextractionofluteinfrommarigold.Theresultsshowthatthecombinedmethodhasthebesteffectandtheextractionrateofluteinrea...
