第51卷第4期2023年8月D0I:10.7631/issn.1000-2243.22562摘要:为识别城市建成环境影响的内在规律,提出优化建议以提高公共交通为导向的开发效能,选取福州市地铁1、2号线共47个站点作为研究对象,分析建成环境与公共交通为导向的开发之中,交通、经济、社会、环境效能等4个维度的相关性.研究结果表明:岗位密度、公共服务设施密度、道路密度、公交站点密度和市中心可达性等13项建成环境指标与公共交通为导向的开发中的交通、环境、社会效能存在显著的相关关系,并可以建立岭回归模型;而在建成环境指标与TOD的经济效能之间未发现明显的相关性.进一步选取福州市商业中心站点一一东街口站作为典型案例,从TOD效能的4个维度系统分析站点周边的建成环境,提出优化核心区域的慢行系统、提升站点与公交的接驳功能、营造系统化的绿地与开散空间、完善社区公共服务功能等系列优化对策,为今后公共交通为导向的开发当中的类似问题提供借鉴与参考.关键词:城市建成环境;公共交通为导向的开发;开发效能;岭回归模型;福州市中图分类号:TU984;U291.73;X22Explorationofthefactorsinfluencingtheeffectivenessoftransitoriented(SchoolofArchitecture,SouthwestJiaotongUniversity,Chengdu,Sichuan611756,China)Abstract:Inordertoidentifytheinnerlawsofurbanbuiltenvironmentinfluence,andthusimprovetransitorienteddevelopmenteffectiveness.Inthispaper,47stationsofFuzhouMetroLine1andLine2wereselectedasresearchobjects.Correlationbetweenbuiltenvironmentandtransitorienteddevelopmenttraffic,economic,socialandenvironmentaleffectivenessandridgeregressionmodelwereestablished.Theresultsshowedthat13builtenvironmentindicators,suchasjobdensity,publicservicefacilitydensity,roaddensity,busstopdensityanddowntownaccessibility,aresignificantlycorrelatedwithtransitorienteddevelopmenttraffic,environmentalandsocialeffectiveness.Andaridgeregressionmodelcanbeestablished.Nosignificantcorrelationexistsbetweenbuiltenvironmentindicatorsandtransitorienteddevelopmenteconomiceffectiveness.TheDongjiekouStation,acommercialcentersiteinFuzhouCity,wasselectedasatypicalcase.Thebuiltenvironmentaroundthestationwassystematicallyanalyzedfromfourdimensionsoftransitorienteddevelopmenteffectiveness,andaseriesofo...
