临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Applicationofpainnursingcombinedwiththree-stepanalgesicmethodinpatientswithadvancedlungcanceranditsinfluencesonpaindegreeandqualityoflifeZHANGYuge,YUANLina*(RespiratoryandCriticalCareMedicineDepartment,XianyangCentralHospital,Xianyang712000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectofpainnursingcombinedwiththree-stepanalgesicmethodinpatientswithadvancedlungcanceranditsinfluencesonpaindegreeandqualityoflife.MethodsAtotalof100patientswithadvancedlungcanceradmittedinourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,with50casesineachgroup.Bothgroupsweretreatedwiththree-stepanalgesicmethod,thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingintervention,andtheobservationgroupreceivedpainnursingintervention.Thenursinginterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfter15dofintervention,thescoresofVisualAnalogueScale(VAS),Self-RatingAnxietyScale(SAS)andSelf-RatingDepressionScale(SDS)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Threemonthsafterdischarge,thescoreofQualityofLifeQuestionnaire-Core30(QLQ-C30)intheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).After15dofintervention,thelevelsof5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),neuropeptideY(NPY)andprostaglandinE2(PGE2)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPainnursingcombinedwiththree-stepanalgesicmethodcaneffectivelyrelievethepaindegreeofpatientswithadvancedlungcancer,reducethebody'sstressresponse,improveanxietyanddepression,andthusimprovethequalityoflife.KEYWORDS:advancedlungcancer;painnursing;three-stepanalgesicmethod;paindegree;qualityoflife疼痛护理联合三阶梯止痛法在肺癌晚期患者中的应用及对疼痛程度、生活质量的影响张育鸽，袁丽娜*（咸阳市中心医院呼吸与危重症医学科，陕西咸阳，712000）摘要：目的分析疼痛护理联合三阶梯止痛法在肺癌晚期患者中的应用效果及对疼痛程度、生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例肺癌晚期患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照...
