内蒙古中医药第42卷2023年2月第2期InnerMongoliaJournalofTraditionalChineseMedicineVol.42No.22023循经取穴皮内针治疗锁骨骨折疼痛的临床疗效观察钟凤兰李玉娣（广州市中西医结合医院广东广州510800）［摘要］目的：观察循经取穴皮内针治疗锁骨骨折疼痛的临床疗效。方法：将2019年9月—2021年9月在本院进行治疗的70例锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组（每组35例）。对照组给予尼美舒利分散片，研究组在对照组基础上给予皮内针进行联合治疗，治疗结束后对两组疼痛视觉模拟评分、总有效率、外周血中C反应蛋白以及满意度进行对比分析。结果：两组VAS评分在治疗前差异无统计学意义；治疗后1d、3d、7d，研究组VAS评分均优于对照组。研究组总有效率（97.14%，34/35）明显高于对照组（74.29%，26/35）。研究组满意度（97.14%，34/35）好于对照组（80.00%，28/35）。治疗前，两组C反应蛋白差异无统计学意义；治疗后两组C反应蛋白水平均有所改善，且研究组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：循经取穴皮内针治疗可明显缓解锁骨骨折患者的疼痛程度，降低炎症水平，进而提高满意度。［关键词］循经取穴；皮内针；锁骨骨折；C反应蛋白；疼痛；满意度中图分类号：R683.41文献标识码：B文章编号：1006-0979（2023）02-0058-03ClinicalobservationonthetreatmentofclaviclefracturepainwithacupointsandintradermalacupuncturealongmeridiansZHONGFeng-lan，LIYu-di（GuangzhouIntegratedTraditionalandWesternMedicineHospital,Guangzhou510800,China）[Abstract]Objective:Toobservethepainofclaviclefracturetreatedwithintradermalacupunctureatacupointsalongmeridians.Methods:70patientswithclaviclefracturetreatedinourhospitalfromSeptember2019toSeptember2021wererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(n=35)andstudygroup(n=35).Thecontrolgroupwasgivennimesulidedispersibletablets,andthestudygroupwastreatedwithintradermalacupunctureonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Aftertreatment,thevisualanaloguescoreofpain,totaleffectiverate,C-reac－tiveproteininperipheralbloodandsatisfactionofthetwogroupswerecomparedandanalyzed.Results:Therewasnosignificantdiffer－enceinVASscorebetweenthetwogroupsbeforetreatment,buttheVASscoreinthestudygroupwasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroupafter1day,3daysand7d...
