临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期ApplicationeffectofrehabilitationtraininginpatientswithkneeinjurytriadafterarthroscopiccruciateligamentreconstructionSUNLunlun(OperatingRoom,thePeople'sHospitalofHebi,Hebi458030,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofrehabilitationtraininginpatientswithkneeinjurytriad(KIT)afterarthroscopiccruciateligamentreconstruction.MethodsAtotalof86KITpatientsadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toSeptember2020wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotheparityofadmissionnumber,with43casesineachgroup.Allpatientsunderwentarthroscopiccruciateligamentreconstruction.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursinginterventionafteroperation,andtheobservationgroupreceivedrehabilitationtrainingonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheexcellentandgoodrateofjointfunctionrecoveryintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroupat6monthsafteroperation(P<0.05).At2monthsafteroperation,thescoresofInternationalKneeDocumentationCommittee(IKDC),eachdimensionoftheAmericanKneeSociety(AKS),BarthelandlowerlimbFugl-Meyerintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andtheactiveflexionofthekneejointwasgreaterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinthelevelsofinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)andC-reactiveprotein(CRP)betweenthetwogroupsat2weeksafteroperation(P>0.05).ConclusionRehabilitationtrainingappliedtoKITpatientsafterarthroscopiccruciateligamentreconstructioncansignificantlypromotetherecoveryofkneejointfunction.KEYWORDS:kneeinjurytriad;cruciateligamentreconstruction;rehabilitationtraining康复训练在膝关节损伤三联症患者膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术后的应用效果孙伦伦（鹤壁市人民医院手术室，河南鹤壁，458030）摘要：目的探讨康复训练在膝关节损伤三联症（KIT）患者膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月我院收治的86例KIT患者，依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组，各4...
