第46卷第1期2023年2月电子器件ChineseJournalofElectronDevicesVol.46No.1Feb.2023收稿日期:2021-06-17修改日期:2022-01-10DualSettingValueDirectionOvercurrentProtectionMethodforDistributionNetworkConnectedtoDistributedGenerationLIHaifei*(StateGridHulunbeierPowerSupplyCompany,HulunbeierInnerMongolia021000,China)Abstract:Thepopularityofdistributedgenerationindistributionnetworkisgettinghigherandhigher.Duetotheconnectionofmultipledistributedgeneration,thetraditionaldirectionalovercurrentprotectionmaynotbeabletomeetthedemand.Adualsettingdirectionalovercurrentprotectionmethodwithoutcommunicationassistanceisproposed.Withthegoalofdeterminingtheoptimalforwardandre-versesettingvaluesofrelayprotectionandminimizingthetotalactiontimeofrelayprotection,theprotectionmethodisdescribedasanonlinearprogrammingproblem,andanalgorithmisestablishedtosolveit.Theproposedprotectionmethodisappliedtothe33-busra-dialdistributionnetworkwithdistributedgeneration,andtheperformanceiscomparedwiththetraditionalprotectionmethodwhichreliesonstandardover-currentrelayanddirectionalover-currentrelay.Theresultsshowthatfortheradialdistributionnetwork,theprotectioncoordinationfailurecausedbythereversefaultcurrentofthedistributedpowersupplycanbereducedbyusingtheproposedmethod,andauxiliarycommunicationandadditionalrelaysarenotneeded,indicatingthattheproposedmethodhashighprotectionperformance.Keywords:overcurrentprotection;distributedgeneration;dualsettingEEACC:8140doi:10.3969/j.issn.1005-9490.2023.01.037接入分布式电源的配电网双整定值方向过电流保护方法李海绯*(国网呼伦贝尔供电公司,内蒙古呼伦贝尔021000)摘要:分布式电源在配电网中的普及率越来越高,由于多台分布式电源的接入,传统的方向过流保护可能无法满足需求。提出了一种无需通信辅助的双整定值方向过流保护方法。以确定最优的继电保护正反向整定值和最小化继电保护的总动作时间为目标,将保护方法描述为非线性规划问题,并建立算法进行求解。将所提出的的保护方法应用于33节点具有分布式电源的放射状配电网,并与传统的依赖标准过流继电器和方向过流继电器的保护方法进...
