120•应用研究•July2023,Vol.21,No.20GuideofChinaMedicine家庭关怀度对结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突的影响肖玉兰（临沂市肿瘤医院肿瘤内科，山东临沂276000）【摘要】目的探究家庭关怀度对结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月于临沂市肿瘤医院治疗的结直肠癌化疗患者126例作为研究对象，所有结直肠癌化疗患者均填写家庭关怀度指数问卷（APGAR）、决策冲突量表（DCS）。结果结直肠癌化疗患者的家庭关怀度总分为（5.76±2.01）分，决策冲突总分为（22.82±7.31）分。不同年龄、文化水平、婚姻状况、医保类型的结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。Pearson相关性分析结果显示，结直肠癌化疗患者家庭关怀度与决策冲突呈负相关（P＜0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄、婚姻状况、APGAR评分是结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论结直肠癌化疗患者的家庭关怀度和决策冲突水平有待提高，临床应通过相应措施，减少决策冲突的发生。【关键词】结直肠癌；化疗；家庭关怀度；决策冲突中图分类号：R473.73；R735.3文献标识码：B文章编号：1671-8194（2023）20-0120-04InfluenceofFamilyCareonDecision-makingConflictofPatientswithColorectalCancerUndergoingChemotherapyXIAOYulan(DepartmentofOncology,LinyiCancerHospital,Linyi276000,China)[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheimpactoffamilycareondecision-makingconflictofpatientswithcolorectalcancerundergoingchemotherapy.MethodsOnehundredandtwenty-sixpatientswithcolorectalcancertreatedinLinyiCancerHospitalfromMarch2021toMarch2022wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Allpatientswithcolorectalcancertreatedwithchemotherapyfilledinthefamilyadaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolutionindex,APGAR,anddecisionconflictscale(DCS).ResultsThetotalscoreoffamilycareofpatientswithcolorectalcancerundergoingchemotherapywas(5.76±2.01),andthetotalscoreofdecision-makingconflictwas(22.82±7.31).Therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesindecision-makingconflictscoresamongpatientswithcolorectalcancerundergoingchemotherapywithdifferentage,educationlevel,maritalstatusandmedicalinsurancetype(P＜0.05).Pearsoncorrelationanalysisshowedthattherewasanegativecorrelationbetween...
