临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期ComparisonofclinicaleffectsofopenreductionandmicroplateinternalfixationandsteelwireinternalfixationinthetreatmentoftraumaticfracturesaroundmetacarpophalangealjointsZHAODongjun,SHEXin'an*(AnkangHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Ankang725000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTocomparetheclinicaleffectsofopenreductionandmicroplateinternalfixationandsteelwireinternalfixationinthetreatmentoftraumaticfracturesaroundmetacarpophalangealjoints.MethodsEightypatientswithtraumaticfracturesaroundmetacarpophalangealjointsadmittedinourhospitalfromJune2019toMay2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotheparityofadmissionnumbers,thepatientsweredividedintoreferencegroupandexperimentalgroup,with40casesineachgroup.Thereferencegroupwastreatedwithsteelwireinternalfixation,andtheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithopenreductionandmicroplateinternalfixation.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheexcellentandgoodrateoffracturerecoveryoftheexperimentalgroupwashigherthanthatofthereferencegroup,thehealingtimewasshorterthanthatofthereferencegroup,andtheoperationtimewaslongerthanthatofthereferencegroup(P<0.05).At6monthsaftertreatment,VisualAnalogueScale(VAS),handjointmobility,ActivitiesofDailyLiving(ADL)scoresandhandflexionandextensionfunctionoftheexperimentalgroupwerebetterthanthoseofthereferencegroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At2weeksaftertreatment,thelevelsofinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)andC-reactiveprotein(CRP)intheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthereferencegroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thetotalincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationsintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthereferencegroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionTheopenreductionandmicroplateinternalfixationinthetreatmentoftraumaticfracturesaroundthemetacarpophalangealjointshasidealresults,itcansignificantlyimprovethered...
