第4期第33卷第4期2023年8月皮革科学与工程LEATHERSCIENCEANDENGINEERING33(4):7-10Aug.2023doi:10.19677/j.issn.1004-7964.2023.04.002基于Hofmeister效应改性明胶静电纺丝纤维膜的制备与表征宋凯1,袁文博1,王旭杰2,乔从德2*(1.山东谷雨春生物科技有限公司,山东济南250098;2.齐鲁工业大学材料科学与工程学院,山东济南250353)摘要:基于Hofmeister效应通过静电纺丝法在聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物膜上复合了明胶纤维膜,借助扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪与差示扫描量热仪研究了明胶与柠檬酸钾的质量浓度对明胶纤维膜的形貌、分子间相互作用以及热性能的影响。结果表明:当明胶水溶液质量浓度为140g/L时,通过静电纺丝能够得到表面光滑、直径均一的明胶纤维膜。随着柠檬酸钾质量浓度的增加,明胶纤维的直径显著增加,当柠檬酸钾的质量浓度增加到40g/L时,明胶的纤维结构消失,形成了均一致密的薄膜结构。柠檬酸根是一种强kosmotropic离子,能够促进明胶分子链脱水,增强蛋白质分子间的氢键作用,破坏明胶分子的有序结构,降低蛋白质的结晶度。关键词:明胶;Hofmeister效应;静电纺丝;薄膜;柠檬酸盐中图分类号:O631.2文献标志码:APreparationandCharacterizationofModifiedGelatinElectro-spunFiberFilmsbasedonHofmeisterEffectSONGKai1,YUANWenbo1,WANGXujie2,QIAOCongde2*(1.ShandongGuyuchunBiotechnologyCo.,Ltd.,Jinan250098,China;2.SchoolofMaterialsScienceandEngineering,QiluUniversityofTechnology,Jinan250353,China)Abstract:Gelatinfiberfilmswerepreparedbyelectrospinningonthepoly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)filmsbasedonHofmeistereffect.Theeffectsoftheconcentrationsofgelatinandpotassiumcitrateonthemorphology,intermolecularinteractionandthermalpropertiesofgelatinfiberfilmwerestudiedbyusingscanningelectronmicroscope,Fourier-transforminfraredspectroscopyanddifferentialscanningcalorimetry.Resultsshowedthat,whentheconcentrationofgelatinsolutionwas140g/L,thegelatinfibermembranewithsmoothsurfaceanduniformdiameterdistributioncouldbeobtainedbyelectrospinning.Withtheincreaseofpotassiumcitrateconcentration,thediameterofgelatinfiberincreasedsignificantly.Whentheconcentrationofpotassiumcitratewasincreasedto40g/L,thefiberstructureofgelatindisappearedandauniformandden...
