2023·11技术应用与研究125ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究金佳矿石门快速揭煤技术研究*胡东亮(贵州盘江精煤股份有限公司贵州553533)摘要:为有效、精准抽采待揭煤层区域瓦斯,精准消突并缩短揭煤全过程的时间,提升揭煤效率,本文针对金佳矿揭煤区域实施的抽采钻孔抽采瓦斯过程中,揭煤区域以外的瓦斯涌入而造成瓦斯含量大、揭煤周期长问题,采用了注浆封闭揭煤区域后再施工抽采钻孔及注浆固化煤层顶板的方式,对石门快速揭煤技术做出了研究。通过对设计效果对比分析得出:与传统工艺揭煤的122运输石门揭过18#煤层相比,工作面达到消突目的,顶板得到有效控制,揭煤周期缩短了60.8%,减少钻孔施工3869m,经济节约772.0万元。该技术提高了抽采效率,缩短了石门揭煤周期,达到安全高效快速揭煤,是金佳矿面对高瓦斯强突煤层防突治理技术的重大突破。关键词:防突;石门;注浆;快速揭煤中图分类号:TD文献标识码:ADOI:10.20087/j.cnki.1672-8114.2023.11.038ResearchonRapidRockCross-cutCoalinJinjiaMineHuDongliang(GuizhouPanjiangCleanCoalCo.,Ltd.,Guizhou,553533)Abstract:Inordertoeffectivelyandaccuratelyextractthegasinthecoalseamareatobeuncovered,accuratelyeliminatetheoutburstandshortenthetimeofthewholeprocessofuncoveringcoal,andimprovetheefficiencyofuncoveringcoal,thispaperaimsattheproblemofgasinfluxout-sidetheuncoveringcoalareaintheprocessofgasextractionbyextractionboreholesintheuncoveringcoalareaofJinjiaMine.Themethodofcon-structingextractionboreholesandgroutingtosolidifycoalseamroofaftergroutingtoclosetheuncoveringcoalareawasadopted,andtherapiduncov-eringcoaltechnologyincrosscutwasstudied.Throughthecomparativeanalysisofthedesigneffect,itisconcludedthatcomparedwiththetraditionalprocessofcoaluncovering122transportcross-cutuncovering18#coalseam,theworkingfaceachievesthepurposeofeliminatingoutburst,theroofiseffectivelycontrolled,thecoaluncoveringcycleisshortenedby60.8%,thedrillingconstructionisreducedby3869m,andtheeconomyissavedby7.72millionyuan.Thistechnologyimprovestheextractionefficiency,shortenstheperiodofrockcross-cutcoaluncovering,andachievessafe,efficientandrapidcoaluncovering.Itisamajorbreakthroughinthepreventionandcontr...
