第44卷第3期2023年6月Vol.44No.3June2023内燃机工程ChineseInternalCombustionEngineEngineering径向密封泄漏作用下喷射策略对柴油转子发动机燃烧过程的影响陈涛1,雷基林1,邓晰文1,张勇2,王汝雁2,李红2(1.昆明理工大学云南省内燃机重点实验室,昆明650500;2.云南西仪工业股份有限公司,昆明650114)InfluenceofInjectionStrategyonCombustionProcessofDieselRotaryEngineUnderApexSealLeakageCHENTao1,LEIJilin1,DENGXiwen1,ZHANGYong2,WANGRuyan2,LIHong2(1.YunnanKeyLaboratoryofInternalCombustionEngines,KunmingUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Kunming650500,China;2.YunnanXiyiIndustrialCo.,Ltd.,Kunming650114,China)Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheperformanceofdieselrotaryengine,thecombustionprocessofdieselrotaryenginewasstudied.Inaddition,consideringtheapexsealleakagewhichisdifficulttoavoidintheactualworkingprocessoftherotaryengine,athree-dimensionaldynamiccalculationmodeloftheperipheralintakerotaryengineconsideringapexsealleakagewasestablishedandverified.Combinedwiththemodel,theeffectsofinjectiontimeanddurationonfueldistributionandcombustionprocesswerestudied.Theresultsshowthatwhentheinjectiontimeis80°incrankshaftanglebeforetopdeadcenterandtheinjectiondurationis50°incrankshaftangle,bettercombustionandemissioncharacteristicscanbeobtained.Comparedwiththeoriginalscheme,thein-cylinderpeakpressureincreasedby11.38%,thesootandCOproductiondecreasedby78.71%and92.72%,respectively,andtheNOxandCO2productionincreased.摘要:为进一步提升柴油转子发动机的性能,对柴油转子发动机缸内燃烧过程进行了研究。此外,考虑到转子发动机在实际工作过程中难以避免的径向泄漏,建立了一种考虑径向密封泄漏的周边进气转子发动机三维动态计算模型,并对模型进行了验证。结合该计算模型,研究了柴油喷射时刻和喷射持续期对燃料分布及燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:当喷射时刻为上止点前80°曲轴转角且喷射持续期为50°曲轴转角时可获得较好的燃烧和排放特性。与原方案相比,缸内峰值压力提升了11.38%,碳烟和CO生成量分别降低了78.71%和92.72%,NOx和CO2生成量有所增加。关键词:柴油;转子发动机;喷射策略;径向密封泄漏;燃烧过程;排放Keywords:diesel...
