2023年3月第44卷第2期ForeignLanguageEducationMar.2023Vol.44No.2监狱话语中的介入系统及其教育改造效能研究刘承宇,赵常友摘要:本文在介入系统分析框架下,以Y省Q监狱18名狱警对罪犯进行教育改造的话语为语料,研究监狱话语的教育改造效能。首先分析监狱话语中介入资源的分布情况,接着讨论其中三种典型的介入资源:命名、问题和背书,然后探讨不同介入资源的教育改造效能。结果表明:监狱话语中使用最多的介入资源是多声“收缩”和单声“断言”。这三种典型介入资源构成监狱话语的介入特征,“命名”体现监狱话语对罪犯进行教育改造的权威性,“问题”保证话语对罪犯进行教育改造的针对性、时效性,“背书”的效能取决于罪犯的文化水平、认知能力。合理使用监狱话语中典型的介入资源,能够提高教育改造罪犯的效能。关键词:介入系统;监狱话语;分布特征;教育改造效能中图分类号:H030文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-5544(2023)02-0030-07Abstract:Thispaperinvestigatestherehabilitatingefficiencyofprisondiscoursethroughastudyofthediscourseof18prisonofficersatQprisoninYprovinceusingananalyticalframeworkofengagementsystem.First,thedistributionofengagementresourcesinthediscourseisanalyzed.Thenthreecharacteristicengagementsub-systems,i.e.naming,questioningandendorsingarediscussed,andfinallytherehabilitatingefficiencyofdifferentengagementresourcesisex-plored.Theresultsshowthattheresourcesofproclamationinheteroglossandassertioninmonoglossaremostfrequentlyusedinprisondiscourse.Prisondiscourseisfeaturedbyemployingthreeengagementresources,amongwhichthenamingsystemenactstheauthoritativerehabilitatingfunctionsofprisondiscourse,thequestioningsystemensuresitsfocusandef-ficiencyofrehabilitation,andtherehabilitatingeffectofendorsingsystemislargelydependentonprisoners’educationalbackgroundandcognitivecompetence.Thepaperstrivestodemonstratethatanappropriateuseofcharacteristicengage-mentresourcesinprisondiscoursecanhelptoimproveitsrehabilitatingefficiency.Keywords:engagementsystem;prisondiscourse;distributionpattern;rehabilitatingefficiency1.引言广义的“监狱话语”,包括监狱里罪犯所使用的话语和狱警用于对罪犯进行教育改造的话语(Mayr2004)。本文讨论的“监狱话语”,专指狱警...
