临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectofmethotrexateperfusioncombinedwithuterinearteryembolizationandultrasound-guidedcurettageonuterinescarpregnancyanditsinfluencesonVEGF,β-HCGandPlevelsCHAOYang1,ZHANGYifan1*,WUJingwen2(1.HuashanCentralHospital,Xi'an710043;2.Xi'anNewChang'anMaternityHospital,Xi'an710048,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofmethotrexateperfusioncombinedwithuterinearteryembolizationandultrasound-guidedcurettageinthetreatmentofuterinescarpregnancy.MethodsAtotalof90patientswithuterinescarpregnancyadmittedinourhospitalfromApril2019toApril2021wereselectedastheresearchobjectsandrandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtothedigitaltablemethod,with45casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithgestationalsacinjectionofmethotrexatecombinedwithultrasound-guidedcurettage,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithmethotrexateperfusioncombinedwithuterinearteryembolizationandultrasound-guidedcurettage.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroupat4weeksaftertreatment,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Oneweekaftertreatment,thelevelsofluteinizinghormone(LH)andfollicle-stimulatinghormone(FSH)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelsofestradiol(E2)andprogesterone(P4)werelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Theoperationtime,hospitalizationtime,menstrualrecoverytimeandlesiondisappearancetimeintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Oneweekaftertreatment,thelevelsofvascularendothelialgrowthfactor(VEGF),β-humanchorionicgonadotropin(β-HCG)andprogesterone(P)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionThemethotrexateperfusioncombinedwithuterinearteryembolizationandultrasound-guidedcurettageinthetrea...
