第44卷第3期2023年6月Vol.44No.3June2023内燃机工程ChineseInternalCombustionEngineEngineering缸盖螺栓连接副结构对柴油机铝合金缸体缸孔变形的影响包宇专1,雷基林1,李维贤1,邓伟1,宋国富2,刘康2(1.昆明理工大学云南省内燃机重点实验室,昆明650224;2.昆明云内动力股份有限公司,昆明650217)InfluencesofStructureofCylinderHeadBoltCouplingonCylinderHoleDeformationofDieselAluminumAlloyCylinderBlockBAOYuzhuan1,LEIJilin1,LIWeixian1,DENGWei1,SONGGuofu2,LIUKang2(1.YunnanKeyLaboratoryofInternalCombustionEngine,KunmingUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Kunming650224,China;2.KunmingYunneiPowerCo.,Ltd.,Kunming650217,China)Abstract:Acylinderhead–gasket–blockcouplingmodelwaspresentedandthenumericalsimulationmethodwasusedtodeterminetheeffectsofchangingtheboltholedesignparametersonthekeysectionofroundcylinderholedeformation.Andfourevaluationindexesincludingtheaverageroundness,cylindricity,coaxality,andlight-leakingundertheconditionthatthesamecylinderheadboltpre-tighteningforcewasappliedtobothcastironcylinderandaluminumalloycylinder.Accordingtothestudy,thereisalmostnodifferenceinthedeformationtrendofthekeysectionbetweencastironcylindersandaluminumalloycylindersasshownintheFouriertransformation.Theaverageroundness,cylindricity,andcoaxalityroseby54.41%,38.39%,and27.08%,respectively,withlittledifferenceinlight-leaking.Inthecaseofaluminumalloycylinders,alowercounterboreholetoboltholeratioledtolesscomprehensivedeformationofeachsectionandloweraverageroundness,cylindricity,andcoaxality.However,thesectionbelowthemainforcesectionofthescrewthreadwaslessconsistentintheextremephaseangleofthefourth-orderFourierdeformation.Whenthecounterboredepthwaskeptconstantwhilethelengthofthescrewthreadwasraisedproperly,theaverageroundness,cylindricity,andcoaxalityofcylinderholesdecreasedmostdramatically.Asthelengthofscrewthreadwaskeptconstantwhilethecounterboredepthwasreduced,theaverageroundness,cylindricity,andcoaxalityofcylinderholeswerethesmallest,anddecreasedby32.74%,31.24%,...
