2023年6月流体测量与控制第4卷第3期(总第16期)大口径液体流量仪表在线检测方法DiscussiononOn⁃lineMeasuringMethodofLargeDiameterLiquidFlowMeter李元满(肯威斯(上海)测试技术有限公司,上海201502)LIYuanman(Kenvis(Shanghai)TestTechnologyCo.,Ltd.,Shanghai201502,China)摘要:大口径流量仪表在实际应用时,因不能断流及拆卸复杂,周期溯源与检测一直是流体计量的难题。结合现有的在线检测技术,提出一种同管径、小量程比或定点量传溯源的检测方法。采用便携式超声流量计和插入式电磁流量计相结合的方法,在实验室同管径、相同流量范围条件下同步溯源,再将实验室溯源后的标准流量计在相同安装方式下装夹到现场管道上,对现场大口径流量仪表进行检测实验。根据现场安装条件,可以在现场管道上同时安装2种标准流量计进行检测,2种流量计可以相互核查,提高现场校准的可靠性,也可以单独对现场流量计进行定点量传溯源检测。通过实验验证,为大口径流量仪表的在线检测可靠性和测量精度的提高,提供了一种新的方法。关键词:流体测量;大口径;在线检测;仪表校准;超声流量计;电磁流量计Abstract:Afterthelarge-diameterrunoffmeterwasputintouse,duetotheundisconnectionandthecomplexityofdisassembly,cycletraceabilityanddetectionhavealwaysbeenaprobleminfluidmeasurement.Combiningwiththeexistingon-linedetectiontechnology,adetectionmethodwiththesamediameter,smallrangeratioorfixedpointmeasurementtraceabilitywasproposed.Themethodofcombiningportableultrasonicflowmeterandplug-inelectromagneticflowmeterisadopted.Firstly,thesourcetracingissynchronizedinthelaboratoryunderthesamepipediameterandflowrange,andthenthestandardflowmetertracedinthelaboratoryisclampedtothefieldpipelineinthesameinstallationmode,andthefieldlargerunoffmeteristested.Accordingtothesiteinstallationconditions,twokindsofstandardflowmeterscanbeinstalledonthefieldpipelineatthesametimetodetecttheflowmeter,thetwoflowmeterscancheckeachother,improvethereliabilityoffieldcalibration.Itcanalsobeusedalonetodetectthespotflowmeter.Throughtheexperimentalverification,anewmethodisprovidedforthereliabilityandaccuracyoftheon-linemeasurementofthelargerunoffmeter.Keywords:fluidmeasureme...
