2023年6月流体测量与控制第4卷第3期(总第16期)工程机械液压传动系统的故障诊断与维修研究ResearchonFaultDiagnosisandMaintenanceofHydraulicTransmissionSystemofConstructionMachinery陈默兮(湖南工程学院,湖南湘潭411100)CHENMoxi(HunanUniversityofEngineering,Xiangtan411100,Hunan,China)摘要:液压系统作为工程机械设备的重要组成部分之一,其性能直接关系到设备能否正常运行、安全稳定性以及使用寿命等,必须要引起相关人员的高度重视。针对液压传动系统常见故障类型进行分析,主要包括以下几种情况:一是液压泵站内部出现异常振动现象;二是液压油管出现破裂或者是堵塞;三是油液泄漏导致设备发生异常情况。为有效地解决上述问题,结合实际工作需求和故障产生的具体原因,制定相应措施并加以实施,从而保证故障处理方案具有较高的可行性与合理性。同时,还要根据不同故障所涉及的具体内容选择合适的维修手段,确保故障处理达到最佳效果,进而提高整个液压系统的整体质量与效率。关键词:工程机械;液压传动;故障诊断Abstract:Asanimportantpartoftheconstructionmachineryequipment,theperformanceofhydraulicsystemisdirectlyrelatedtothesafety,stability,servicelifeandothersoftheequipment,itmustcausethegreatimportancetotherelevantpersonnel.Accordingtotheanalysisofcommonfailuretypesofhydraulictransmissionsystem,itmainlyincludesthefollowingcases:first,abnormalvibrationoccursinsidethehydraulicpumpstation;Second,thehydraulictubingisbrokenorblocked;Third,oilleakageleadstoabnormalconditionsofequipment.Inordertosolvetheproblemseffectively,itisnecessarytoformulateandimplementcorrespondingmeasuresbasedonactualworkrequirementsandspecificcausesoffaults,soastoensurethatthetroubleshootingsolutionisfeasibleandreasonable,andtheattentionshouldbepaidtoselecttheappropriatemaintenancemeansaccordingtothespecificcontentsinvolvedindifferentfaults,toensurethatthefaulttreatmenteffectreachesthebeststate,andimprovetheoverallqualityandefficiencyofthewholehydraulicsystem.Keywords:constructionmachinery;hydraulictransmission;faultdiagnosis中图分类号:TH137文献标志码:A文章编号:2096-9023(2023)03-0061-031前言在机械设备使用过程中,经常会受...
