Jun.2023FluidMeasurement&ControlVol.4No.3基于改进免疫算法的备用电容器自动优化配置方法AutomaticOptimizationConfigurationMethodforBackupCapacitorsBasedonImprovedImmuneAlgorithm马金贝(山东工程职业技术大学,山东济南250200)MAJinbei(ShandongUniversityofEngineeringandVocationalTechnology,Jinan250200,Shandong,China)摘要:在备用电容器优化配置中,存在比较严重的谐振现象问题。设计一种基于改进免疫算法的备用电容器自动优化配置方法。首先,以备用电容器费用最小和与最小电网有功损耗为目标,通过设定潮流、备用电容器容量、节点电压、移除备用电容器容量、备用电容器新增安装节点约束条件,以及总容量约束条件,构建备用电容器自动优化配置的目标函数;其次,为提升免疫算法性能,设计人工免疫算法,实施目标函数模型的求解,完成备用电容器自动优化配置;最后,在算法改进中以保持混沌免疫算法群体多样性为前提,通过敏感度思想对抗体进化更新实施指导,通过实际算例测试设计方法的优化配置性能。测试结果表明:该方法使各节点的总谐波失真均有一定降低,使实验算例系统在各次谐波中的共振系数均较低,处于安全范围内,实现了设计目标。关键词:改进免疫算法;备用电容器;优化配置;谐波有功损失;群体多样性;人工免疫算法Abstract:Intheoptimalconfigurationofbackupcapacitors,theresonancephenomenonisstillaseriousproblem.Anautomaticoptimizationconfigurationmethodbasedontheimprovedimmunealgorithmisdesigned.Withbackupcapacitorminimumcostandminimumgridactivelossasthegoal,throughthedevelopmentofpowerflowconstraints,backupcapacitorcapacityconstraints,nodevoltageconstraints,removebackupcapacitorcapacityconstraints,backupcapacitornewinstallationnodeconstraintsandtotalcapacityconstraints,buildbackupcapacitorautomaticoptimizationconfigurationtargetfunction.Inordertoimprovetheperformanceoftheimmunizationalgorithm,improvetheimmunizationalgorithm,theartificialimmunizationalgorithmisdesigned,andthetargetfunctionmodelissolvedtocompletetheautomaticoptimizationconfigurationofthesparecapacitor.Maintainthepopulationdiversityofthechaoticimmunealgorithm.Throughtheoptimalconfigurationperformanceofthetestdesignmethod,thetestresultsshowthatthe...
