临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期EffectsofsecondarytriagebasedonprocessdecentralizationstrategycombinedwithimprovedearlywarningscoreonemergencydiagnosisandtreatmentefficiencyandnursingqualityBAINa,ZHANGYan*(Yan'anUniversityAffiliatedHospital,Yan'an716000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsofsecondarytriagebasedonprocessdecentralizationstrategycombinedwithimprovedearlywarningscoreonemergencydiagnosisandtreatmentefficiencyandnursingquality.MethodsAtotalof108casesofemergencypatientsadmittedinourhospitalfromSeptember2019toNovember2020wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtothemanagementplan,with54casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineemergencymanagement,andtheobservationgroupreceivedsecondarytriagebasedonprocessdecentralizationstrategycombinedwithimprovedearlywarningscorenursingmanagementonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThepre-examinationevaluationtime,transittime,receptiontime,waitingtimeofmulti-departmentconsultationandemergencytreatmenttimeintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofalldimensionsofnursingqualityintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thenursingsatisfactionoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionThesecondarytriagebasedonprocessdecentralizationstrategycombinedwithimprovedearlywarningscorecanimprovethediagnosisandtreatmentefficiencyandnursingqualityofemergencypatients,andalsoimprovenursingsatisfaction,whichisworthpromoting.KEYWORDS:secondarytriagebasedonprocessdecentralizationstrategy;improvedearlywarningscore;emergency基于流程分散策略的二次分诊结合改良预警评分对急诊诊疗效率及护理质量的影响白娜，张燕*（延安大学附属医院，陕西延安，716000）DOI:10.19347/j.cnki.2096-1413.202312051作者简介：白娜（1985—），女，主管护师，学士。研究方向：西医护理，包括急诊内科护理。*通讯作者：张燕，E-mail:1019023866@qq.com.摘要：目的探讨基于流程分散策略的二次分...
