临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期EffectsofpsychologicalnursingbasedonMaslow'shierarchyofneedstheorycombinedwithfamilycareonhopelevel,treatmententhusiasmandcomplicationsofinfertilitypatientswithassistedreproductionLIUMei,LUOHeng*(theSecondAffiliatedHospitalofAirForceMilitaryMedicalUniversity,Xi'an710038,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofpsychologicalnursingbasedonMaslow'shierarchyofneedstheorycombinedwithfamilycareonhopelevel,treatmententhusiasmandcomplicationsofinfertilitypatientswithassistedreproduction.MethodsAtotalof90infertilitypatientswithassistedreproductionadmittedinourhospitalfromSeptember2018toJuly2020wereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,with45casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroupwasgivenpsychologicalnursingbasedonMaslow'shierarchyofneedstheorycombinedwithfamilycareonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofpositivebehavior,currentandfutureattitude,maintainingcloserelationshipwithothersintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofpositivebehavior,treatmentcoordinationintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthescoreofgivingupbehaviorwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetotalincidenceofcomplicationsintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPsychologicalnursingbasedonMaslow'shierarchyofneedstheorycombinedwithfamilycarecanimprovethehopelevelandtreatmententhusiasmofinfertilitypatientswithassistedreproduction,andreducetheoccurrenceofcomplications,whichisworthyofpromotion.KEYWORDS:Maslow'shierarchyofneedstheory;psychologicalnursing;familycare;infertility;assistedreproduction;hopelevel;treatmententhusiasm基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合家庭关怀对不孕症辅助生殖患者希望水平、治疗积极性及并发症的影响刘梅，罗珩*（空军军医大学第二附属医院，陕西西安，71003...
