159研究探讨《食品工业》2023年第44卷第4期基于模式识别技术结合UPLC的西红花产地鉴别管彬彬,熊金恩,李克庆,朱琳,蒋凡*南通市食品药品监督检验中心(南通226006)摘要西红花集观赏、药用和经济价值于一身,是一种名贵的药食同源产品;产地的“道地性”在很大程度上也是其品质的保证。研究建立了一种基于超高效液相色谱(UltraPerformanceLiquidChromatography,UPLC)的方法,来同时检测不同产地西红花样本中的西红花苷Ⅰ、西红花苷Ⅱ、苦番红花素素、藏红花醛这四种主要有效成分,方法回收率为98.0%~100.1%。方差分析结果表明不同产地的西红花样本中的有效成分存在显著性差异,浙江产地的西红花样本的西红花苷I、西红花苷Ⅱ、苦番红花素含量均值最高,江苏产地的藏红花醛含量最高。将UPLC测得的4种有效成分主成分分析后的得分向量进行LDA、KNN模式识别,结果表明KNN模型的效果更佳,当主成分数为3,K值为1时,模型的训练集和预测集的识别率分别为96.55%和100%。结果表明模式识别技术结合UPLC的西红花产地鉴别是可行的。关键词西红花;产地;超高效液相色谱;模式识别;有效成分IdentificationofSaffronOriginBasedonPatternRecognitionTechnologyandUPLCGUANBinbin,XIONGJinen,LIKeqing,ZHULin,JIANGFan*NantongFoodandDrugSupervisionandInspectionCenter(Nantong22600)AbstractCrocussativusL.isakindofpreciousdrugfoodhomologousproduct,whichcombinesornamental,medicinalandeconomicvalues.Inthisstudy,amethodbasedonUltraPerformanceLiquidChromatography(UPLC)wasestablishedtosimultaneouslydetectthefourmaineffectivecomponents(crocinI,crocinII,picrocrocin,andsafranal)incrocussamplesfromdifferentplacesoforigin,andtherecoveryrateofthemethodwas98.0%-100.1%.Theresultofvarianceanalysisshowedthattheeffectivecomponentsincrocussamplesfromdifferentoriginsweresignificantlydifferent,theaveragecontentsofcrocinI,crocinIIandpicrocrocininthecrocussamplesfromZhejiangProvincewerethehighest,andtheaveragecontentofsafranalinthecrocussamplesfromJiangsuProvincewasthehighest.TheLDAandKNNpatternrecognitionsofthescorevectorsofthefoureffectivecomponentsmeasuredbyUPLCafterprincipalcomponentanalysiswerecarriedout.TheresultsshowedthattheKNNmodelhadbettereffect.Whentheprincipalcomponentscorewas3andtheKvaluewas1,t...
