1摘要随着经济的快速发展,人们通过电商平台购买商品的数量不断增加,导致物流行业对纸箱的需求显著上升,传统手工制作的纸箱产量已远远不能满足市场。因此自动化纸箱生产流水线的研制变得越来越具有可行性和迫切性。本文搜集了海内外自动纸盒机的研制现状,同时给出了其优缺点对比。在分析了纸箱加工的工艺过程和瓦楞纸板的各类特性,同时对比分析了各类自动化设备中使用的动力、传动、自动控制等系统的性能及优缺点之后,确定了送料,压痕,切边,涂胶,折边,堆料的自动纸盒成型机结构方案。考虑到实际应用背景,方案中使用了高可靠性低成本的丝杠导轨传动系统以及相应快速,结构紧凑的气动传动系统,同时使用PLC进行自动化控制等。通过理论计算和使用Solidworks软件三维建模,进一步优化了系统中各个关键部件的设计,从而实现了在给定加工速率下,可以用不同型号及尺寸的瓦楞纸板加工出多品种的纸盒。关键词:自动化机械,三维建模,PLC,瓦楞纸箱2DesignofAutomatedCorrugatedBoxProcessingSystemABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentoftheeconomy,thenumberofpeoplepurchasinggoodsthroughonlineplatformshasbeenincreasing,resultinginasignificantincreaseinthedemandforcorrugatedboxinthelogisticsindustry.Theproductionoftraditionalhand-madecorrugatedboxisfarfromthedemandofthemarket.Therefore,thedevelopmentofautomatedcorrugatedboxproductionlineshasbecomemoreandmorefeasibleandurgent.Inthispaper,thedevelopmentstatusofdomesticandoverseaautomatedcartonmachinesiscollected,andinthemeanwhileacomparisonofitsadvantagesanddisadvantagesisgiven.Afteranalyzingtheproceduresofcorrugatedboxprocessingaswellasvariouscharacteristicsofcorrugatedboard,andmeanwhilecomparingandanalyzingtheperformance,advantagesanddisadvantagesofdriving,transmitting,automaticcontrolsystemsusedintheapplicationofautomatedmachines,aschemeofautomatedcorrugatedboxprocessingsystemwasdetermined,whichconsiststhefeeding,cutting,indenting,gluesmearing,foldingandstackingprocedureofthecardboard.Accordingtothepracticalapplication,thehigh-reliabilityandlow-costscrewguidetransmissionsystemandquicklycorresponding,compactpneumatictransmissionsystemareusedinthisscheme,variouskindsofsensorsareusedtoguarantyth...
