第47卷第4期电网技术Vol.47No.42023年4月PowerSystemTechnologyApr.2023文章编号:1000-3673(2023)04-1579-10中图分类号:TM732文献标志码:A学科代码:470·40跟踪计划出力的新能源场站与汇集站储能协调运行策略东亚光,李凤婷,王森(新疆大学电气工程学院,新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市830017)EnergyStorageCoordinatedOperationStrategyofNewEnergyStationsandCollectionStationsbyTrackingPlannedOutputDONGYaguang,LIFengting,WANGSen(CollegeofElectricalEngineering,XinjiangUniversity,Urumqi830017,XinjiangUygurAutonomousRegion,China)ABSTRACT:Aimingattheproblemofpoorschedulingcausedbythelargeoutputerrorinthetrackingplanofnewenergycollectionstation,itisproposedtoconfigurethesharedbatteryenergystorage(ES)inthenewenergycollectionstations(NECS).Itiscoordinatedwiththeenergystoragesystemsofnewenergystationstoimprovetheoveralltrackingplannedoutputcapacityofthecentralizedaccessareaofthenewenergystations.Firstly,thetrackingerroroftheoutputplanofthenewenergycollectionstationiscalculatedbyusingthespace-timecomplementarycharacteristicsofthenewenergystations;Then,theerrorsarecorrectedtoacertainextentbasedonthestateofenergystoragesystems;Finally,basedonthecorrectedoutputdeviationoftheNCES,theplantrackingabilityisimprovedthroughthecoordinatedtransferoftheenergystorageoftheNCESandtheenergystoragesystemsofthenewenergystations.Inthisprocess,thepriorityshallbegiventocallingtheenergystorageoftheNCES.Ifitsenergystoragecapacityisinsufficient,theenergystoragesystemsofthestationswithresidualmarginsshallbejointlycalledforthesecondarycoordination.ThepurposeistoimprovetheoutputcapacityofthetrackingplanoftheNCESandreducethewindandsolarrejectionrates.Finally,accordingtotheperformanceindexesofthenewenergytrackingplan,theeffectivenessoftheproposedenergystoragesystemscoordinatedoperationstrategyfortheplannedoutputtrackingoftheNCESisverifiedbyexamples.KEYWORDS:collectingstationenergystorage;trackingplannedoutput;coordinatedoperationstrategy;rootmeansquareerror(RMSE);abandonednewenergypowerrate基金项目:国家自然科学基金项目(...
