ISSN1008-9446CN13-1265/TE承德石油高等专科学校学报JournalofChengdePetroleumCollege第25卷第2期,2023年4月Vol.25,No.2,Apr.2023对接工业生产全流程教学方法:以《电气控制技术实训》为例白杨(辽宁机电职业技术学院,辽宁丹东118009)摘要:为培养适应高新技术产业的高技术电气控制综合人才,电气控制教学团队在设备研发和教学方法做出创新,根据学生未来工作岗位确立教学目标,自主研发实训教学设备,利用实际工程电气元件,着重培养学生的实际工程项目操作能力,课程学习完全按照实际工程任务的操作步骤开展,推出对接工业生产全流程的教学方法,根据工业生产实际流程进行教学设计与实施。在教学实施过程中注重因材施教,分层训练,致力于实现人人可成才的目标。对接工业的教学改革解决了“学与用”两层皮的难题,为学生从事机电一体化专业电气安装调试类工作提供了基础。关键词:对接工业;电气控制;教学方法中图分类号:TM921.5-45文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-9446(2023)02-0066-06TeachingMethodofDockingIndustrialProductionProcess:Taking“ElectricalControlTechnologyTraining”CourseasanExampleBAIYang(LiaoningMechatronicsCollege,Dandong118009,Liaoning,China)Abstract:Inordertocultivatehigh-techelectricalcontrolcomprehensivetalentsadaptedtohigh-techindustries,theelectricalcontrolteachingteamhasmadeinnovationsinequipmentdesignandteachingmethods:teachinggoalsareestablishedaccordingtostudents’futurejobs;teachingequip-mentforpracticaltrainingisindependentlydeveloped;andstudents’actualengineeringprojectop-erationskillsarecultivatedbyusingactualengineeringelectricalcomponents.Thecoursetrainingiscarriedoutcompletelyinaccordancewithoperationstepsinactualengineeringtasks,thispaperin-troducesateachingmethodofdockingindustrialproductionprocessintrainingcourse,inwhichtheteachingdesignandimplementationarecarriedoutaccordingtoactualprocessofindustrialproduc-tion.Intheprocessofteachingimplementation,studentsaretaughtinaccordancewiththeirabili-ties,inwhichtrainingaredividedintodifferentlevels.Thisteachingmethodaimstoachievethegoalthateveryonecanbecultivatedintoaskilledperson.Theteachingreformofdockingindustrysolvestheproblemof“learningandusingaredividedintotwolayers...
