建筑与土木2023NO.8SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGYINFORMATION科技资讯SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGYINFORMATION科技资讯废弃混凝土再生骨料表面改性的强化试验达则晓丽(西昌学院土木与水利工程学院四川西昌615000)摘要:为了提高再生骨料的利用率,突破其高吸水率和低强度等特点所存在的局限性,现使用硅酸钠溶液和硅烷溶液两种改性剂,并采用浸渍改性方法,对再生骨表面进行改性处理,并全面地分析和研究了改性剂浓度、处理时间等参数对改性处理后的再生骨料性能所产生的影响程度。结果表明:通过使用硅酸钠溶液和硅烷溶液两种改性剂,不仅可以确保再生骨料表现出较高的表观密度,还能将其吸水率和压碎指标降到最低。当硅酸钠溶液和硅烷溶液两种改性剂的浓度分别达到8%、10%时,可以获取最佳改性效果。同时,粒径为10~31.5mm的再生骨料所获改性效果远远高于粒径为5~10mm再生骨料。关键词:再生骨料表面改性硅酸钠硅烷中图分类号:TU755.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1672-3791(2023)08-0087-04TheIntensiveTestofSurfaceModificationofWasteConcreteRecycledAggregateDAZEXiaoli(SchoolofCivilandHydraulicEngineering,XichangUniversity,Xichang,SichuanProvince,615000China)Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheutilizationrateofrecycledaggregateandbreakthroughthelimitationsofitshighwaterabsorptionandlowstrength,nowthesurfaceofrecycledaggregateismodifiedbyusingtwomodifiers,so‐diumsilicatesolutionandsilanesolutionandtheimpregnationmodificationmethod,andtheinfluenceofmodifierconcentration,treatmenttimeandotherparametersontheperformanceofrecycledaggregateaftermodificationiscomprehensivelyanalyzedandstudied.Resultsshowthattheuseoftwomodifiers,sodiumsilicatesolutionandsi‐lanesolutionnotonlycanensurethatrecycledaggregateexhibitsahigherapparentdensity,butalsominimizeitswaterabsorptionandcrushingindex,thebestmodificationeffectcanbeobtainedwhentheconcentrationoftwomodifiersofsodiumsilicatesolutionandsilanesolutionreaches8%and10%,respectively,andatthesametime,themodificationeffectofrecycledaggregatewithaparticlesizeof10~31.5mmismuchhigherthanthatofrecycledaggregatewithaparticlesizeof5~10mm.KeyWords:Recycledaggregate;Surfacemodification;Sodiumsilicate;Silane混凝土凭借着其原材料丰富、成本低、良...
