应用研究0引言氢的存储与输运非常重要,常见储氢方式主要有气态、液态、固态和复合储氢等多种形式。其中,高压气态储氢包括固定式储氢容器和高压氢气瓶2大类。固定式高压储氢容器又包括绕带式和层板包扎式摘要氢能具有能量密度高、污染少等特点,其储存与利用对于我国实现“双碳”目标具有重大的意义。层板包扎式压力容器是一种广泛应用于加氢站、制氢站和电厂的储氢装置,具有制造难度低、生产成本低和避免深焊缝对容器产生危害等优势,同时其实际应力分布状态是目前的研究难点。固定式高压储氢容器从结构和制造工艺主要分为绕带式和层板包扎式两类,对于绕带式储氢容器的研究和应用报道较多,而对层板包扎式储氢容器的研究和应用报道很少。为了推广这项技术,依照国内储氢工程现状,兼顾个性与共性问题,从材料、结构、设计方法、制造等方面综述了层板包扎式储氢容器的研究进展。关键词高压储氢失效模式多层包扎容器应力分析研究进展中图分类号TH49DOI:10.16759/j.cnki.issn.1007-7251.2023.04.003ResearchProgressofMulti-layerWrappedHydrogenStoragePressureVesselSHENZhongqingLINPingYANGSenhaoYUKunpengYINJianzhongWEIXiaozhenAbstract:Hydrogenenergyhadthecharacteristicsofhighenergydensityandlowpollution,anditsstorageandutilizationwereofgreatsignificanceforChinatoachievethe"doublecarbon"goal.Laminatedwrappedpressurevesselwasahydrogenstoragedevicewidelyusedinhydrogenrefuelingstations,hydrogenproductionstationsandpowerplants.Ithadtheadvantagesoflowmanufacturingdifficulty,lowproductioncostandavoidingtheharmofdeepweldtothevessel.Atthesametime,itsactualstressdistributionwasthecurrentresearchdifficulty.Stationaryhighpressurehydrogenstoragevesselscouldbedividedintotwocategoriesfromthestructureandmanufacturingprocess:woundhydrogenstoragevesselsandlaminatedhydrogenstoragevessels.Thereweremanyreportsontheresearchandapplicationofwoundhydrogenstoragevessels,whiletherewerefewreportsontheresearchandapplicationoflaminatedhydrogenstoragevessels.Inordertopopularizethistechnology,accordingtothecurrentsituationofdomestichydrogenstorageengineering,takingintoaccounttheindividualandcommonproblems,theresearchprogressoflaminatedwrappedhydrogenstoragecontainerswass...
